This dealer is very professional & responsive

The technicians were very polite and respectful. They took their shoes off before walking on carpet, treated residents with respect and kept us informed throughout the installation. When there was down time due to the late arrival of the gas company, they utilized that time to start another job which we had requested so that there was no time waste. They did an excellent clean up job both inside and outside and left the landscape of the area in great shape. We would recommend Adam's Electric.

Went Above and Beyond

My wife and I recently had our Generac Generator installed by Adam's Electric. I initially contacted a different company and had a very poor experience, so my expectations were rather low, to be honest, when I called Adam's Electric. From the my first interaction with Alissa in the office, then Kirk (the owner), and the technicians who installed our generator, they exceeded my expectations and then some! This was my first experience with a generator so I had plenty of questions. Not once was I made to feel dumb, nor was I pressured. When the time came to have my generator installed, I had several things that came up which made the timing of the installation difficult, but Kirk and his team, did everything they could to accommodate my time. They are almost an hour away from my location, but they came early and finished ahead of schedule putting my convenience ahead of their own - This is the definition of customer service. The level of professionalism was top notch from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Adam's Electric.
