Action Generator

Not good! Good

I just bought a Generac standby generator and used it for four days and realized there was an oil leak. I called action generators to come out and fix it. They sent some young man out to fix it who did not know anything about generators, He was unable to fix it and said that his boss would need to come out and take a look. What I am really steamed about, before he left he said he Added oil to it. I knew that there was over a quart of oil already in it, and it was fine at the level it was at. So I went out to check the oil after he left and he had added way too much - one pint over the capacity that it should have. Obviously he did not check it to see how much oil he added. This could’ve caused a problem with the motor. Sending people to work on generators when they don’t know what they’re doing is unacceptable.

This dealer is great

The installers came on time. There was a slight glitch in how they dug up the ground for the lines and everything, but the diggers (?) came by and my generator was installed that same day. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and they explained everything that I needed to know about the generator and the test run went beautifully.

Took great care of me!

I was very impressed with the service that I received throughout my whole process with Action Generator! They took the time to explain things to me when I had questions and were very educated on the product. Definitely recommend them to everyone I know! It is an added bonus that the are family owned and operated here in my home town.
