Great installation crew

We recently had a Gererac generator system installed by Action Electric. We have an older home and we were concerned that there might be problems when it came to adapting this newer technology to our older electrical and natural gas systems. The electricians (installing the generator) and the plumbers (installing the new gas line) knew exactly what they needed to do. The installation went smoothly and the results look far better than we had imagined possible.

Action Electric and Generac are both professional and dependable companies. This is my second Generac home generator, and first-time using Action Electric. I went with Generac for their reliability and American made product. Action Electric being a licensed Generac dealer answered all my questions and treated me fairly and respectfully. Everyone I dealt with, office staff, project estimator, installers, subcontractor, and owner were knowledgeable and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and performed the work professionally and respectfully.

Action kept us informed of all delays from the manufacturer. We actually lost power for a couple hours about a week after install and it was great peace of mind knowing we will never be without power again!!The guys were very clean, professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and easy to talk to.
