Dealer does not come out for repairs in a timely manner

I have been waiting a week for this dealer to fix a broken generator, I asked them to let me know when they could come out to fix it and no one has called back. I am now using another vendor and have dropped them from doing the monthly maintenance. They have an insufficient number of staff to handle the volume of work and the lack of return calls is very frustrating

Quality and professionalism at a reasonable price

The owner and electricians were consistently on time. The office secretary was always very pleasant to speak with. After meeting with them and discussing all of our needs and desires for the functionality of the unit, they provided us with the generator that best fit our needs and budget. Completed the project in a timely manner. All workers we pleasant, polite, neat and even went above the necessary when we asked them to take a look at some other things (an issue we were having with our hot tub outdoor electrical box). Their pricing was far less than the 5 other estimates we had gotten from local electricians. They were able to fit us into the schedule during a very busy season. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (in fact we have) and will definitely use Acorn-Bernier Electric in the future for some other projects that we are planning.

Thousands less expensive than the other two quotes I received....for the same product. Service was excellent. Anyone in CT looking for a Generac product would be wise to give L-Train a call.

We had a wonderful experience

Acorn did not try to over-sell us on the generator. They talked with us about our needs and proposed the size and type of generator that best fit those needs. The only issue we had was that somehow the wiring for the generator interferes with the timer for our pool, so that that timer no longer is active.

Acorn-Bernier are very professional, friendly and did a great job for us

After the storms of Fall 2011 in CT, we were determined to install a whole house generator. We spoke to many electricians we knew in the area but their prices and waiting list were astronomical. They quoted the job reasonably, came in right on budget and timing with great professionalism. Even though a small company, their follow up has been great and I have given them other jobs as a result. The equipment has worked like a charm -so much so that they keep having to remind me to look at it occasionally! Overall I am very pleased with Acorn-Bernier LLC and would highly recommend them to friends

I am so glad we got our stand-by generator through Acorn Bernier Electric. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They were clean, on time, and professional. I was also pleased to see that the generator which they installed was highly rated in Consumer Reports. It is nice to know that we got a quality product and a quality installation. Mr. Bernier was very helpful in explaining to us how everything worked. I recommend him without reservation.
