Portable Generac Generator
First of all Generac service company was helpful and responsive. The company directed me to look for a local service center to repair my portable generator (under warranty) I called the numbers associated with Generac and it appears most were interested to deal with my problem until I called ACME and left a message. I received a message back within half an hour and discussed the issue with Thomas, one of the owner. He readily agreed to look at the generator and even offered to pick it up. He ordered the parts needed and 2 weeks later the Generac was repaired at no cost to me. Thomas is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend anyone in need of generator and AC repair to contact him.

Service is great!
Excellent service, Thomas arrived when said he would, explained what he was going to do. Got the work done in a timely manner and cleaned up after. Very knowledgeable and honest.
