Aci Northwest

Great Company!

Worked with ACI for my Generator install. Was a great experience from start to finish.

Peace of mind

I bought the 24Kw generator for my home from ACI Northwest. The installation was professional and and looked great sitting on the concrete pad. the transfer switch was a little larger than i was expecting and needed to be painted to match the house. can't wait for the first power outage to try it out.

Excellent & Friendly

Very reponsive and met all my needs, would highly recommend ACI to friends and Family

Very Poor Service

Very poor Service. have a warranty issue and I have called 4 separate times to schedule a date for repair and the company just won't call back. Talk to the customer service and they say, we will call you back ASAP and it just never happens. I have wasted 4 months waiting for them.

Avoid using this company

Our generator was purchased at Costco and assigned by them to be installed by ACI. After 3 months and several hours of use I had to call and remind ACI that we were still waiting for an electrical inspector. During the inspection (4 months later) it was recommended that we have ACI come back out and properly retighten some of the loose connections on the outside panels. After months of phone calling and being told "it was on the schedule", finally I was informed that once it was inspected and operational they were under no obligation to come back and fix anything. During the first scheduled maintenance it was discovered that the panels are missing screws in the brackets that hold it to the platform and were only attached at the top.

refused to come out

Had a warranty issue with a new 24Kw generator. On the phone, this company lectured me because I did not buy from them. I purchased the generator on-line, and had it professionally installed with experienced contractors. This company never called me back from my initial request for service. I like to buy local, but in this case they did not have any in stock at the time. I will never use them for any need.
