No one else has ever touched our generator.

No one else has serviced our generators (we have one at home and one at our rental property) since they were put in. He is quick with repairs and makes sure that we understand what happened (if it needs repair) so that we can watch for it. He is most of all honest. We totally trust him. You won't find a better guy no matter where you look!!!!

price is ridiculous

Had Joe do numerous service calls to my Generac 20kw unit. I tolerated his price for a few visits until his last visit where, After the fact , he informed me my oil needed to be flushed due to condensation. The oil flush involved running the generator , draining the 2 quarts out and adding another 2 quarts back into the generator...that oil flush was billed out at $160 , too about 20 minute and less than $15 in parts. That was the last straw!

Amazing installation!

I contacted several installers, no response.. I called ACE and Joseph came right out. He quickly quoted, I accepted and he quickly started work. When things ran into a few hitches, he worked the weekend. I have some electrical experience and Joseph did a first rate job with no cutting corners. And best of all, the bill matched the estimate! Anyone would be crazy to use another contractor!

A good responsible company

We have called Joe twice for emergency repairs. He responded within hours. Both problems were major Generac issues. Joe worked to get warranty coverage. When our warranty ended, Joe provide exact repair quotes, made the repair and stuck to the quote. I will call on Joe again if the need arises. PS: Joe had to trim some shrubs to access the generator. He did minimum pruning and disposed of the clippings himself.

Reliable but expensive

This company shows up timely and does fix the problem, usually has parts available and can get generator up and running again. However, finding the Generac circuit board failures and issues with keeping battery charged for starting are very expensive issues to keep fixing.

On time, friendly and professional, We have had Joe installed and maintained our generator for over five years. We are very happy with his work.

Replaced 2 "circuit boards" in 2 years

2 years ago my 6 year old 18KW whole house generator was draining a brand new battery in about 3-4 days. I called ACE to come diagnose and was told my circuit board was bad and needed to be replaced. This week, my generator was turning itself off due to "Low oil" but in fact it was not low on oil. So I called ACE to come out, specifically asked for an estimate before any repairs were done. My wife was home at the time, she signed a "blank work order" and ACE proceeded to replace the board again, chose to do a "maintenance" and after parts and labor he charged over $1,000 and NEVER COMMUNICATED WHAT THE CHARGE WOULD BE TO MY WIFE before doing the repairs. ACE is super responsive and will come out within a day or two, but I do not believe they are professional at all and certainly not trustworthy. I would not recommend this dealer, ever.

Charge too much for coming out.

My 17kw Generac Generator stop working and I could not figure it out why. I called Joe up and asked how much he charge me for coming out. He would not tell me other than the fact the Generac will cover all charges if it is under warranty. I found out later that it was not under warranty because it has to do with the fuse that was out. It took him less than 15 minutes to figure this out. He then proceed to charge me $300.00 for solving my problem. If I have known that he charge that much for a simple problem I would not use him. If you calculate this out in math, he charge $1,200.00 per hour. Joe is very slick, he tried and convince me to go along with a year long maintenance plan that only cost $ 500.00. Maintenance involves changing oil and make sure everything is in working order. I later go on youtube and figure out how to change the oil myself for less than $50.00. I end up, swallow my pride, pay him an extra $100.00 for him change the oil, filter and sparks plugs. One year later, my generator stop working because it show under voltage. Now I wonder did he set the right gap for my spark plugs which cause the under voltage.

ACE is just fabulous!

Joseph is a fantastic guy to work with! They made a very complex project look simple! Strongly recommended!!
