Ac/dc Industrial Electric LLC

Simply the best!

The entire team at AC/DC is terrific. I needed help with my generator and they went above my expectations with their support and follow through. The owner kept me informed during the entire process. The lead technician did an outstanding job,. The home office staff could not have been more helpful. I have never dealt with a better organization. They should start a service based consulting business and teach other companies how it should be done! I could not be a bigger fan!

Would not recommend

They quoted a job 1.5 years ago and took my money. They said there were supply chain issues which caused a 1.5 year delay in installing my generator. I called another dealer, the were able to install my generators in 4 weeks. They assured me there were no supply chain issues and the kept their word. I would not recommend AC/DC to anyone.

would not quote for new install of generator

no quote because they were 'still working through backlog...'. seriously? Did I say I was going to purchase from you? this attitude is enough for me to look elsewhere for another authorized dealer

Exceptional Customer Service

At no fault of AC DC, it has taken 1.5 years to finally get my generator installed. Through the pandemic and related material shortages with Generac and delivery constraints to AC DC, it has been a little frustrating. The AC DC team has been exceptional throughout this entire process. It is most frustrating for them! Laurie in the office has communicated at a high level, bringing me up to speed on everything and truly making me feel that I am an important customer. She is the best! The service team is second to none. My service tech is Robert. He is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible installer, making sure he covers every detail. Very Impressive. This week, we had our official start up. Drew came out and went through everything with me until I understood it. As part of ownership, he is all hands on and is in the field as well. AC DC made this long process bearable for us and at the end of the day I give them a big Thank You!

Outstanding dealer

All of the personnel are friendly, courteous and professional. They were in touch with us on a regular basis and communicated well. The field techs are exceptional and made the installation process go smoothly and quickly. Any questions I had were clearly answered.

great field engineers, front desk does not respond

after unsuccessfully getting a contract after 2 visits and multiple emails, I am pursuing another vendor. Field techs are great, they even did minor service 2 months ago, I am still waiting for invoice

Clear winner

From initial meeting to final install, we were very pleased with all dealings with AC/DC. Very professional outfit. Highly recommended.

Professional and reliable

We just had a 22Kw generator installed and the installers were very professional, fast and courteous. The office staff were very patient and knowledgeable with our questions and kept us updated. The owner, Charlie came out to start it up once installation was complete and gave us a fantastic tutorial on how this machine operates, walked us through everything. He told us numerous times if we need anything don’t hesitate to call them. Would highly recommend AC/DC for your Generac purchase and installations!

Charlie is Great

I had a Generac Synergy Generator installed in Jan 2018 by a local electrician recommended be Generac. It has not worked since its been installed. Basically nobody cared and it never got fixed. It was useless during power outages, when they occurred, I had no power. And then Charlie of AC/DC Industrial power stepped in. He is the greatest. Charlie listened to what I was telling him. And immediately took steps to be in contact with Generac. Charlie actually cared and was sincerely concerned with my problem. I am Happy to report that as of today it is now working and has successfully switched to backup power 5 times in a row. Got my fingers crossed. If you have any problems and Charlie is in your area, You have to go with him.

Timely Service and Repair!

AC/DC Industrial is definitely there for you when you need them! We needed service on our generator during this past storm, From the first call that I made to Charlie, he was at our house and was able to fix the problem within one hour I truly cant thank him enough for his prompt service and willing to take care of his customers. His team is always willing to go the extra mile!
