At no fault of AC DC, it has taken 1.5 years to finally get my generator installed. Through the pandemic and related material shortages with Generac and delivery constraints to AC DC, it has been a little frustrating.

All of the personnel are friendly, courteous and professional. They were in touch with us on a regular basis and communicated well. The field techs are exceptional and made the installation process go smoothly and quickly. Any questions I had were clearly answered.

after unsuccessfully getting a contract after 2 visits and multiple emails, I am pursuing another vendor. Field techs are great, they even did minor service 2 months ago, I am still waiting for invoice

We just had a 22Kw generator installed and the installers were very professional, fast and courteous. The office staff were very patient and knowledgeable with our questions and kept us updated. The owner, Charlie came out to start it up once installation was complete and gave us a fantastic tutorial on how this machine operates, walked us through everything. He told us numerous times if we need anything don\u2019t hesitate to call them. Would highly recommend AC/DC for your Generac purchase and installations!

I had a Generac Synergy Generator installed in Jan 2018 by a local electrician recommended be Generac. It has not worked since its been installed. Basically nobody cared and it never got fixed. It was useless during power outages, when they occurred, I had no power.

We needed service on our generator during this past storm, From the first call that I made to Charlie, he was at our house and was able to fix the problem within one hour I truly cant thank him enough for his prompt service and willing to take care of his customers. We had a very complicated installation: Our installer had to simultaneously update our power supply from overhead to underground as well as all new circuitry in our all stone house built in 1941. Ac/DC went over and above in their quality installation and professionalism. Our first outage of 7 hrs was on Nov. 1st and the 16 KW generator performed flawlessly.

Just had the unit with transfer switch installed by AC/DC Industrial Electric. Tired of losing power due to storms, falling tree branches, errant car/pole accidents, etc. No more getting stressed out. Very impressed with the expertise and quality of work by AC/DC. It took a little longer than we expected to actually get the generator but that was due to the incredible hurricane season in 2018. The office kept us updated on the estimated delivery & installation. We haven't had to use it yet but we do have a great feeling of security knowing that it is here when we need it.

We recently had a generator installed, not by AC DC, that stopped working. We called AC DC to come and take a look thinking that it was a problem with the generator which would be covered under the warranty. When Charlie came out he discovered that not only was the generator not registered for warranty purposes, it had been installed incorrectly as well. Charlie and his crew moved the generator, installed management modules, installed a block heater and neatened up the piping for the gas. The generator works great now! All of this was accomplished while dealing with an emotionally distraught woman - ME, calling, texting and crying on a weekly basis. Charlie promptly answered all my calls and text messages, came to check on things many times and even managed, on numerous occasions, to calm me down. I'm sure I was one of the most difficult customers with whom he has had to deal; his patience, understanding and professionalism is very much appreciated.

After several assessments for a stand-by generator, I chose ACDC Electric. Charlie clearly had the expertise and customer commitment I was looking for. My daughter is disabled and having the peace of mind that she would have her needs met in any weather situation has been priceless. When the installation of the electrical part of the project uncovered a safety problem in our electrical panel, Charlie was there when called to troubleshoot after-hours. He revised the weeks schedule to have it replaced in a timely way to ensure safety.In the latest snow storm my daughter's area lost power. The generator kicked on in 10 seconds for 16 hours. The next day power went out again for 5 hours, again the generator did it's thing. During a storm a few days later one of Charlie's team came out to top off the oil so we would be all set if needed.I cannot say enough about the ACDC team including Rob, MIke and the office staff who couldn't be more personable. 5 + stars.Has been worth every penny of the cost of installing already. In order to upgrade our existing Generac, we had to have a second propane tank installed.

Recently, my husband was out of town on business and a freak windstorm came and knocked out the power. I have a generator but no one had showed me how to use it. I called AC/DC and they came right out and showed me how to hook it up.

From the time we purchased our Generac generator (during a storm crisis) AC/DC Industry showed their commitment to providing a good product and supporting it with outstanding service. Best yet, the owner REALLY wants things done right. He is fair with pricing. He doesn't seem to push his employees beyond their availability which makes for a loyal crew. We had an outstanding conscientious electrician sent to do our work on a Saturday! The work seems to be physically intensive as we watched him. Customers are usually wanting/needing things done yesterday but the owner says what CAN be done and does it. Everyone is happy. Such quality!!!

I would highly recommend AC/DC for generator installation, repair, and service! I had worked with Charlie and his company previously in a professional capacity through a company I worked with and when I purchased my new home I called him for a stand-by generator as my husband is on 24 hour oxygen support. There was a back-up in receiving the generators from Generac, but Charlie get me informed as to the status while we were waiting for the generator. Once the generator arrived at AC/DC Charlie was quick to schedule the installation, and also assisted when the propane company was not quick to complete their part. I would highly recommend this dealer. When I had an issue with my home standby, their customer service was impressive from start to finish! Our generator ( 17k ) is up and running as of today. We can almost guarantee no more storms in this area. The dealer did a great job installing , wiring, etc. We would recommend this dealer to friends, family, etc.

Superstorm Sandy was a big hurricane and there were no generators to be found. But AC/DC told us they would have some and they came through. They are a great place to buy from.
