I am over 60 years old and in all my time dealing with companies Trademark went above and beyond. They installed a 22Kw whole house Generator recently. The people that came out Austin and Eddie were professional, honest and very personable. I cant say enough about them. Trademark is on the ball. They have great technology that they send you a text message when your appointment is scheduled. They also send you an email with a picture of who is arriving at your house and a tracking/location monitoring so you know when they will arrive. What a pleasure. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Didn't show up for Appointment

I had an appointment with Accurate Power scheduled from 8-12:00 which in itself is ridiculous.So I take off of work and wait for the sales person to show.Well....they didn't bother to show up.

Don't Waste Your Time

When Hurricane Irma paid a visit to everyone in Central Florida I was comfortable in knowing that I had not long ago purchased a Generac Guardian Home Generator. When we lost our power due to the hurricane the generator came on and performed like a champ for two days. On day three it shut down at about 3 AM. I knew it was going to be tough getting someone to look at my generator. Accurate Power finally got to my home and we were told that it had blown a head gasket and that they had to order the parts. We waited and waited and heard nothing. After about a week and a half I decided to call a different service provider to find out that the only problem with my generator was that the oil cap had vibrated off and when the oil got low the unit shut itself down. We were without power for over a week for really No reason at all. You Be the judge

Worst Customer Service Ever

I called Generac corp who set an appt for me with this site. When I called the day before the appt for a closer time frame I was told corp does this all the time and they don't have anything for me and they would check with "Dan" and call me back. I called corp who said they are wrong and I have an appt. and they would call them and call me back. Needless to say, today has come and gone and I NEVER heard from either. I left this location a message at 12:30 saying this I was glad I learned what poor customer service they have before I hired them. You can tell how good a company is before hiring them by the customer service you get/don't get before signing a contract.

contacted accurate twice to have someone service my 22kw generac. both times was told someone would call to set up an appt. 12 days later have not heard from anyone

Sonny serviced my backup home generator after it failed to run a test cycle. He found the battery had exploded in the housing due to a battery charger failure. He installed a new, better charger and a new battery and serviced the engine with an oil and filter change and general cleanup. The subsequent test was successful.

Sonny [President] responded promptly and found the problem quickly. Was very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions on how to improve our installation. Only charged a minimum trip fee and applied the trip fee towards a reasonable 2 year maintenance contract.
