I contacted Generac and they put me in touch with a C mechanical they came gave me an estimate it was a great estimate all of the service gentlemen were very very polite and very nice I would say they were definitely a class act came in put it in no problems I even have them coming back to put in two more breakers for me AC mechanical is a great HVAC service company I suggest them I give them a 10+ rating if you need a generator or any electrical work done call AC mechanical I think everyone should have a Generac generator I have to admit I\u2019m kind of excited to see when the power goes off to see how everything works other than just turning my breaker off I wanna get the full effect I don\u2019t wanna lose power but I am very glad that I now have a Generac

Quality Expert Install

AC installed a Generac Standby Generator for us.Pre-sale, they listened to what we wanted, versus fitting what they had (like some otherss did) to our situation.Installation, I've been around many a facilities contractor, over my working years. AC's team showed up on time, everyone knew what they were doing and it was one of the most efficient installs I've experienced.Post-Install, AC has been great on follow-up and responsiveness to my inquires. They're as responsive post-sale/installed, as pre-sale.

They installed a Generac whole house generator. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Installation crew was great and cleaned up after themselves. When installation was done they made sure that all the electric and gas appliances were working.

Questionable integrity

Had generator serviced. They broke the lock on the back side of the generator. Quoted me a price to replace the lock they broke if they replaced it or if they just ordered the part. I said to order the part. Seems they did not even order the part. I have called 3 times. Maybe the part has been ordered now because the charge came through.

AC Mechanical sold and installed a whole house Generac generator for me. I worked with the owner "George" and we arrived at a great price, we covered three different sizes. Once I selected what I wanted, his team scheduled an install date. (1 week later). I am a consumate DIYer so it's very hard for me to just watch someone else do the work. The team arrived on time and very professionally put up with all of my questions and unsolicited advice. They answered everything and did a fantastic job. They even had to relocate my main meter. I think his whole team "Jason, Colby, Mr. Ali, Tyler and Keylin" all deserve a raise ! Especially for putting up with me ! I am very hard to impress, and they did impress me.
