AC Mechanical Contractor, LLC

Not experts

Poor service, do not expect to fix the issue as they are not aware of connecting 2 wires which they pulled out due to rodents damage. They want to replace the part itself and gave me a quote for 5+k. I see only 2 things 1. Lack of expertise 2.Intention is to just extract money They are suppose to be certified but don't expect anything close to it.very bad experience.

Not a good experience

Took months just to get a van belt. I kept calling them. I finally ordered the van belt myself and got it in two weeks. They still did not get the van belt for two more weeks. Their service people are nice even though they have broken the cover locks twice in 3 trips. Did not have the air filter had to call them to get it even though service person made a note that they did not have it.

No After Hours Service

Don’t bother. They do not offer emergency or after house service, even on a generator they installed. Not fun to be sitting in the dark when you’ve paid them a lot of money.

Great people at Ace Mechanical on time and friendly.

Ace Mechanical was friendly and on time. Fixed my problem with my generator and now we have a service contract and I will renew it with them every time it comes due.

The easiest company to deal with

George was a pleasure to work with. He gave us oppositions and explained the importance of purchasing the generator that supplied our needs The crew was excellent in installing our generator. Tyler came and checked out the operation and showed me the operation of the unit. We are very pleased with how everything went. Have talked with some friends about how they can contact your company to purchase a backup generator.

AC Mechanical is excellent!

AC Mechanical did an excellent job installing our new generator. They are both responsive and professional. From the initial communication, to scheduling, and through the installation, they were excellent to work with. The final product is expertly installed and looks fantastic. This was an easy 5 stars.

Highly recommended.

They were very responsive. Arrived on time. Human answered my calls. Human called me and no robots involved. Generator was neatly installed. They called me when there were inspection concerns. Very attentive. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend AC Mechanical

Everyone was very responsive and anserwed all my questions. George came out and did the quote and once i accepted the estimate they had me scheduled 2 weeks later. George's team was very professional and had the install done in a day and had me starting up the following day.

Feel Safer and Ready for anything

Made a decision to get a Generac generator. AC Mechanical was the most responsive, reasonable and professional provider we could have found. Quick service and the Generac was installed without any problems or hiccups. Thanks AC for great work and your friendly crew.
