This dealer is no good!!!

They told a price and then they wanted to change it....

DECEITFUL!

I "purchased" a generac generator....or so i thought! this establishment sold me a 2012 generac 20kw generator and instead of installing what i SIGNED and PAID for, they installed a 2006 powermax generator (no relation to generac) that has no warranty because oh yeah, my warranty is with generac according to my contract...but i DONT have a generac generator! and what i DO have is too old to have any kind of warranty! to top it off? my transfer switch is from 2004.....no warranty either of course! have i mentioned paid FULL price for these items? can i give them zero stars!?

THIS DEALER IS EXCELLENT

I BUY A GENERATOR AND THE NEXT DAY THE MAKE EVERYTHING THE SHIPPING AND INSTALATION I REALY RECOMENDED TO EVERY BODY IN PUERTO RICO.

They have no concept of what costumer service is.

My generator, still under warranty, went out shortly after hurricane Irene. I tried to contact this service provider on several occasions to inspect the generator and they still have not shown up. I even went personally to set up an appointment and both their secretary and an employee, without inspecting the generator, fought me tooth and nail that my generator was not under warranty. Despite the above, they gave me an appointment for which they would charge a $140 fee, and they still did not show up. I bought my Generac generator though this dealer, and I been charged every step of the way. Despite of this they have been the only ones that have ever touched the generator and now when something has gone horribly wrong they refuse to respond for something that is still under warranty. The Generac service person that tended my case has been very helpful and I hope I can get my generator working again through warranty. But Generac, please note this your dealers are ultimately a reflection of your brand and AC Emergency is clearly the worst representation of a brand I have ever seen and come in contact with. And believe me that in PR that is a huge statement as dealers in general here are not or don't seem to understand the concept of costumer service very well.

Thia dealer is the worst business that I ever met

I buy my generator with this people and at tha begging and until today I have problems with them

I Recomend this dealer.

I went to this dealer just after Storm Irene hit the Island of Puerto Rico. Great part of the island was without electric power. The salesman Mr. A. Diaz was very professional in the way he showed me how this Power Plant will help me in the moment and in the future. The price was very reasonable for the product he was offering me.
