Absolute Power Solutions LLC

Great work

Absolute Power is the only company that I would trust to service and install a generator for us. Their crew is kind, professional, and detail oriented. Highly recommend!

This dealer is great!

If you have a generator, I recommend Absolute Power Solutions for repairs or maintenance. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

Excellent Experience

Scheduling our service appointment was a breeze. The technician arrived right on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He performed the annual service and he was very thorough and ensured every thing worked as expected. He also used genuine Generac parts on our Generac Generator. I will highly recommend Absolute Power Solutions to everyone.

Disappointed with Installation and Service

This company got my contact information from the corporate office. The son of the owner came to my house to give us an estimate. He was really nice and I felt like the company would be good since Generac connected us. The installation took longer than he expected and the first time that it needed to run due to an outage, it broke. He came back to fix it and replaced a part, but when he left it still didn't work. He tried to help us on the phone, but it still didn't work. He said he would refer us to someone that was closer to us, but we are still waiting to hear from whomever months later. We contacted another company in our city and got prompt service and fixed the issue. Absolute Power left us hanging with a product that would not work. Also, Generac was supposed to give us an extended warranty and months later we still have not gotten it. I know it takes several weeks, but it is now 5 months later. The corporate office has let us down, too.

GREAT!

Fast and very professional service. Would buy from them again. Very friendly staff.

Great service and professionalism.

Living in a rural area we wanted a reliable company to survey and install our generator. This company did great work and we look forward to continued relationship with good response and service. Top notch folks!!
