Absolute Energy Solutions, LLC

Standby Generator Install

We had a great overall experience. Rick and Jason are very knowledgeable on the product and provided recommendations meeting our personal needs. The office team was efficient with the purchase and scheduling; Greg and Derek did our install. They were both efficient and courteous. Greg took the time to explain normal and emergency operations of the unit, along with reviewing and explaining the warranty and monitoring information and preventative maintenance/care. We are pleased with the overall service and experience we have received from the team!

The installation went very smooth. The installers were very friendly and made quick work of the install. They answered all my questions and sat down with me and explained the important features of the generator. They took care of the permits and setting up the inspections required by the local borough. I would highly recommend this business.

As good as it gets

My brother in law did the research on Absolute Generators, and I took his recommendation. I can see why he was happy. Jason sat down with me, walked my property, made a solid recommendation, and provided an on-the-spot price quote. Maria from the office was unfailingly responsive and wonderful about getting back to me. The installers were consummate professionals. Everything proceeded without any surprises. Worth noting that sister met with Absolute and is scheduled to have her Generac installed in the next few weeks. This is definitely a five-star company.

Would do it again!

Excellent installation and service. Very pleased with this company!

Satisfactory Install

I purchased a 22KW in June of 2024. I am really satisfied with its performance. The installers went above and beyond of anything I ever expected. They did everything, and did it very neatly. The generator is working quite well and no problems. I know who I can call to make a worry free correction on any issue that may arrise. I am very happy to have them on my side.

Great service and staff.

We have been using Absolute Solar & Energy to service our generator for the last six years. They are always very prompt, thorough, and professional. The staff is accessible and easy to deal with. They also provide periodic emails with reminders and suggestions for maintaining the generator. We highly recommend them.

Great service !

The service we received was done well and on time. I highly recommend Absolute Solar to anyone who is in the market for a generator. They are excellent for both sales and service.

Excellent Job!

Absolute Energy Solutions was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Installation team was absolutely great. All concerns with the installation were addressed and really admire the quality of work done to provide the product I have wanted for many years. I feel very confident in all the gas line and electrical work done by a very professional team.

Very satisfied customer

I had Absolute Energy install a 18kw generator at my house and also install a new electric panel. The day of installation they arrived exactly on time and ready to work. Greg, Tyler, and Reuben were the technicians. Each guy had his assigned specialty and they all worked like a well oiled machine. Very professional yet very friendly. Any question I had they took time to answer me and made sure I understood what they were doing and why. All this and it was raining. They set their tents up and didn't let the weather interfere in their work. I told them I was very impressed with everything they did. From the work they did to how they cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Absolute Energy to anybody looking to have a generator installed. From Jason who originally came to my house to see what type of generator would be best for me to Maria the office manager who was very helpful with any questions I mat have had. Very good company to deal with. Very nice, very qualified technicians.
