Absolute Electric LLC

Great Experience

After storms in 2012 I wanted a backup generator. Shauwn was able to talk me through my choices and when generator was available it was installed. I was very happy with service. I have not had need to use the generator yet.

Very Highly Recommended.

We've had Absolute Electric service our house multiple times for bathroom lighting work, additional outlets etc, and they were nothing but professional during every engagement. When my wife and I decided it was time to get a generator and I started doing research on the different brands, I was pleased to see that Absolute Electric was a dealer and REALLY surprised that there was a negative review on this site? Knowing their level of professionalism, thru previous experiences with them, we proceeded with a contract for a Generac 20Kw. Our experience was excellent with Absolute. Everything happened within the timeline Shauwn proposed. Certain aspects were beyond their control like the gas meter upgrade and new gas line install and inspections, but Absolute kept the momentum going and we had a fully operational system in place in short order. Shauwn even kept in touch well after sign-off, making sure the exercise cycles were performing on schedule and ensuring that we understood the operations in the event of an outage, which was perfect since we had this installed right before this years heavy winter season. When we had our first power outage, he followed up to ensure there were no issues. I've also noticed that Absolute tends to educate customers during their process.. not something you often see from other companies. Most reviews would be based on a single experience.. I've dealt with them multiple times. This company is solid. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with performance and product!

This is a family business that is very efficient and prompt. The work was performed in a timely manner with as little disruption as possible. The employees were polite and informative. We were given good guidance and recommendations which resulted in our system being well suited to our needs. Very reliable and a pleasure to do business with.

Great job on a whole house generator

This company is great . They installed a 20kw generator for my whole house and walked me through every step of the process . I would highly recommend this company .

Avoid This Guy

Shauwn undersized the natural gas supply line which caused the generator to fail upon its first usage. He did not connect the whole house air conditioner or whole house fan to the generator, but instead connected two ovens - go figure. He tried to blame us for the failure and wanted us to pay for a "fried" controller board. He was patronizing and abusive over the phone. When we located another Generac Dealer (NV Generators), he reset the original controller board and had the generator operational within minutes. He confirmed his original suspicion of an inadequately sized supply line within minutes. Fortunately, Generac intervened on our behalf and we were able to resolve the fuel supply issue, but only after losing some skin to Absolute Electric. Do youself a favor and go with a dealer who knows what he's doing and avoid Absolute Electric.
