Great Experience

After storms in 2012 I wanted a backup generator. Shauwn was able to talk me through my choices and when generator was available it was installed.I was very happy with service. I have not had need to use the generator yet.

Great job on a whole house generator

This company is great . They installed a 20kw generator for my whole house and walked me through every step of the process . I would highly recommend this company .

Avoid This Guy

Shauwn undersized the natural gas supply line which caused the generator to fail upon its first usage. He did not connect the whole house air conditioner or whole house fan to the generator, but instead connected two ovens - go figure. He tried to blame us for the failure and wanted us to pay for a "fried" controller board. He was patronizing and abusive over the phone.
