Exact same as still wont start review

Been over a year without generator working. Started leaking oil after the annual service. Sent helper several times, came himself. Never found leak, never follows up or updates and has now stopped responding. Might be good for maintenance (if he didn't cause this problem) butt terrible and finding an actual problem.

Still won\u2019t start

Still won\u2019t startAfter months of sending his helper out to fix the generator still does not start and Said he would come out himself and look has not been here. Would recommend for general service but when there is a problem he can\u2019t figure out he\u2019s done

Never showed, never called...

We are looking to install a Generac whole house generator. Aaron at All Electric was a recommendation by Generac company. In fact Generac reached out to All Electric and Aaron at All Electric contacted me by email but forgot to provide a phone number to reach him back so it took some time to establish communication at first. He finally sent his phone number in another email. With all the breast cancer doctors appts and what not we worked his only available time he had for us into our calendar. We reworked a doctors appt for him so we would be available. He never showed.... never called... would never recommend.

Great dealer service

My original installer and service provider went out of business unknown to me and when yearly service came due, I found All Electric on the internet. They came out same day I call and serviced my unit. Service tech was very well informed and did a great job. I highly recommend these guys.

Still waiting

Talked to someone from the company and was told someone would come out the following week to give me an estimate. 3 weeks later I am still waiting.
