The best in business. I highly recommend them for a generator installation. There are many options with backup generator systems, and Kathy knows them all; her communication, understanding of my needs, and coordination of the work were exceptional. In addition, the crew was respectful of my time and property, and the impact on our custom-designed backyard was minimal. They will continue to service my unit, a great plus in this town where professional, quality work is a rare commodity.

After shopping around I decided to install my Generac 22kw with this company. What a pleasant experience! From the ladies in the office, the electricians, to the techs, everyone was very efficient and pleasant to deal with, no hiccups or excuses. Will be my to go dealer for all my generator needs. Great company to deal with in Miami!

I could not be happier with the service from this company. Kathy was beyond professional, and the technician she sent knowledgeable and respectful of my time and property. Since we relocated from New York, I haven't had any luck with contractors, so finding them has been a breath of fresh air. Keep up the excellent work AAA!

This dealer sucks in customer service

I have been calling this company for over a month and no answer. With hurricanes out in the Atlantic we need service. I need service so I am going to use another company that answers me back.

Unprofessional

Had a service call scheduled. They never showed up. I had to call them to find out what transpired for them not showing up. I was politely given we're sorry we were too busy for you that day. Rescheduled another appointment showed up 2 hours later than scheduled appointment. I kindly declined the service and was told I was going to have to pay for a service call because they came out. I'm very sorry I am not going to pay anything when I have this many problems with this company will be looking for another dealer to service my standby generator people beware too many excuses and then they try to charge you.

This repair professional is excellent!

I had trouble starting my portable Generac and contacted AAA. Scott called me back, and he assured me that he would take of my problem. He was a real professional, friendly, courteous and responsive. He provided pickup and delivery and the generator came back working better than new! He also gave me tips on the type of gas to use to minimize the problem I had.

Will be my go-to company going forward.

Scott arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem (malfunctioning oil pressure sensor), replace it, and test the unit. He truly knows his stuff and I learned lots from talking to him.

Consistenly Great Service

I am taking the time to write this review because not many companies offer the kind of service that AAA Generator does. They have been servicing my generator on a regular basis for the past 3 years, they come 2 times a year and their service is reasonable, and they are always kind and professional. A few weeks ago my generator was struck by lighting and rendered unusable, while I am working with my insurance to repair it or replace it we had that storm threat and I was panicking because my mother is ill and her insulin and other medications need to always be refrigerated so I called them. Since we had only a couple days and no time to repair or replace my generator they offered to let me use one of their portables and delivered to my house right away.. granted, the hurricane never hit but I was ready thanks to them.
