The best in business. I highly recommend them for a generator installation. There are many options with backup generator systems, and Kathy knows them all; her communication, understanding of my needs, and coordination of the work were exceptional. In addition, the crew was respectful of my time and property, and the impact on our custom-designed backyard was minimal. They will continue to service my unit, a great plus in this town where professional, quality work is a rare commodity.

After shopping around I decided to install my Generac 22kw with this company. What a pleasant experience! From the ladies in the office, the electricians, to the techs, everyone was very efficient and pleasant to deal with, no hiccups or excuses. Will be my to go dealer for all my generator needs. I have been calling this company for over a month and no answer. With hurricanes out in the Atlantic we need service. I need service so I am going to use another company that answers me back.

Had a service call scheduled. They never showed up. I had to call them to find out what transpired for them not showing up. I was politely given we're sorry we were too busy for you that day. Rescheduled another appointment showed up 2 hours later than scheduled appointment. I kindly declined the service and was told I was going to have to pay for a service call because they came out. I'm very sorry I am not going to pay anything when I have this many problems with this company will be looking for another dealer to service my standby generator people beware too many excuses and then they try to charge you.

I had trouble starting my portable Generac and contacted AAA. Scott called me back, and he assured me that he would take of my problem. He was a real professional, friendly, courteous and responsive. He provided pickup and delivery and the generator came back working better than new! He also gave me tips on the type of gas to use to minimize the problem I had.

Scott arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem (malfunctioning oil pressure sensor), replace it, and test the unit. He truly knows his stuff and I learned lots from talking to him.

I am taking the time to write this review because not many companies offer the kind of service that AAA Generator does. They have been servicing my generator on a regular basis for the past 3 years, they come 2 times a year and their service is reasonable, and they are always kind and professional. A few weeks ago my generator was struck by lighting and rendered unusable, while I am working with my insurance to repair it or replace it we had that storm threat and I was panicking because my mother is ill and her insulin and other medications need to always be refrigerated so I called them. Since we had only a couple days and no time to repair or replace my generator they offered to let me use one of their portables and delivered to my house right away.. granted, the hurricane never hit but I was ready thanks to them.

Their pinpointing of RV generator problem was quick and once parts were on hand, installed them at my location! Scott is great!

Had my home standby generator installed in our vacation home here in Miami. Could not be here for the whole install due to business and that did not settle well with me, when I was finally finished with my trip I came home to a better than perfect finished job. Scott came out to go over the function of the generator and maintenance contract and believe me if you have a standby generator get a maintenance contract it will be piece of mind. I turned my friends on to AAA Generator who live out of the country and again they told me the best service they received and great prices. Service went out of there way to show me what was being done and why. They were knowlegeable curtious and went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. They did not over charge and gave me a fair price. I will continue to use this service company.

This is by far the best generator company in the neighborhood and I say this after having used other dealers in the area. Kathy's communication and courtesy is outstanding and Scott's turnaround on repairs is awesome. Being that my food truck business depends on the generator this was key. Called Generac to inquire about my rv generator in need of repair. The family and I were going out of town for summer vacation. Generac gave us AAA Generator's phone number. Called thinking I was going to have to wait for an appointment way down the road. I told Scott that It has given me problems on and off for a while and I didn't feel safe using it on vacation. I was given an appointment for that weekend, I was shocked to see such great customer service. Dropped off my rv that morning and didn't hear from Scott until 7pm that night. He explained he wanted to make sure the generator was working 110% and was sorry it took so long, hay I didn't mind and let me tell you after putting 110 hours on the generator it has never ran better. I also found out AAA Generator can take care of my home stand-by also. This company is top notch and great to deal with. My family and I are in great hands now with AAA Generator.

Scott/Cathy are very thorough and very reliable. They notify you when your generator needs its checkup(s) so customers are not scrambling pre-potential hurricanes.Reaching them via phone and/or email, scheduling, service when needed - the best!! I recently had my 15Kw portable generac generator converted from Gasoline to Natural Gas - He was so detail oriented and was able to explain every thing involved in the conversion. It works awesome and on natural gas. We are set for the season.I have used three prior services (Generac dealers) with horrible follow up.I highly recommend AAA Generator & Lawn

Finding ourselves at the beginning of hurricane season, I needed to blow the cobwebs out of my portable generator. (It was stored for the last 6 years). Delivered it at about 10 am, expecting to leave it for at least a couple of days. Scott delivered it to me at my home in Cutler Bay that afternoon. I thought he was going to tell me it was too far gone. He had serviced the unit and had it ready for Mother Nature's worst. I'm still in shock to have gotten such immediate service. I highly recommend this dealer for all your generator and small engine repair needs.
