Missed appointment without call

Contacted vendor a week and half in advance and made an appointment to receive a generator quote. Vendor scheduled me for Saturday appointment with window of 8:30am to 11:30 am. Vendor never showed or called by 11:30. Very unprofessional.

Must have more business than can handle

I called 2 weeks ago to set up service contract. Waite at home 2 days after appointment made and service person never called or showed up. I had to call to find out if they were coming or not. Was assured they were. NOT!!!!!!!! Will find another service provider in area.

I've found this dealer to be very reliable and knowledgeable. Since I am a first-time owner of an emergency generator, I asked a lot of questions. The service technician was able to patiently answer all my questions with confidence . I have not had any problems with my generator and would gladly go with this company if my unit ever needs replacement.
