Never heard back after two calls, guy said dispatcher would call. I moved onto another local dealer.

Poor to no service

I contacted this company for a Generac Warranty repair in November of 2021. The technician showed up but did not or could not correct the problem. The excuse was they couldn't get any parts before February of 2022. I found Generac warranty parts online in about 5 minutes. Didn't purchase them because the warranty requires all service to be performed by a Generac qualified technician. It's now May of 2022 and still no response. Avoid this company. Useless service group. The technician was rude and incompetent. No AC output his response, change the sparkplugs. DUHHHH!

Wouldn't fix warranty issue after installing

Bought a Generac whole house generator from A&A and had to pay upfront before delivery. It was not a cheap purchase. Had an immediate issue where generator would run full blast during scheduled weekly exercise, instead of 50% as it is supposed to. A&A refused to warranty the unit, said it was not a warranty issue, and demanded a service fee charge just to come look at the unit. I had to get Generac customer service involved. Generac sent another local dealer out and who fixed the problem under warranty. The Generac home office was very responsive. A&A is not reputable. Use at your own risk.

this dealer is awful

i have been calling them for one year to service a generator they installed the would not answer, when spoke to them they said they would send a contract, they took my name and number and never called back. I guess they have too much business. I thought they were the only ones in own who serviced them until i heard a commercial on radio about American Air Systems. I called them just now they gave me a contract for service and came out the same day. I will never have call A&A company for anything and other should not call them as i said they have too much business

Best Service you will ever find

I would absolutely refer A & A Electric to anyone I had them for service for years in Beaumont and they were always great my home flooded I had to move and got my Generac installed from A & A I also, have been signed up yearly since for service and they never let me down. They do exactly what they say will and the people are personable and friendly and very dependable :))

Highly recommend A & A Electric

A & A Electric is such a big help, they are always here when I need them. Due to my age and living alone I need a company that I can count on. I live rural and outages are frequent and sometimes long. I love my generator it provides me with the security I will never worry about loosing power.
