A1 Plus Electrical LLC

They Made It Easy

We had A1 Plus Electrical, Plumbing and Air install our generator and I’m honestly really happy with how everything turned out. The team was professional but still super easy to talk to. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. The install looks clean and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. We also signed up for their Generator Advantage Plan, which covers the maintenance and includes remote monitoring. I love that I can keep up with everything and not have to worry about scheduling maintenance separately. It honestly gives me peace of mind knowing it’s all included and taken care of. Definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about getting a generator installed.

Purchased Generac

I called A1Plus for an estimate to install a Generac generator. Sheldon was the Tech that came out. He was very thorough and informative. He made sure that we sized the generator properly to the home. He also showed me where the gas and electrical lines would be run. His service was excellent! We decided to move forward with Sheldon's quote. The installers can out and got everything installed in one day. Then A1Plus sent out the Generator Tech David to activate the generator. It was really cool to watch him simulate a power outage which made the generator kick on. That gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. These guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend this company

Love my Generac

A1 Plus 5 star company!

I reached out to A1 Plus Services and cannot be happier! The entire process from first call into the office getting to speak to a friendly customer support agent and then getting the appointment booked was easy and painless. The technician came out and marked exactly where the generator would be placed with spray paint and a small visual aid to show the exact location. The electrical installation crew was outstanding as they arrived on time, had the unit installed, and cleaned up once they were finished. The plumber followed them out and made their necessary connections and came into my home to re light the hot water heaters and ensure everything was working as it should as well as provided recommendations for a new hot water heater. All in all if I could give this company more than 5 stars I would, this is the best generator company in Houston!!!

Great Service

I recently had a generator installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final setup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained all my options clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood how everything works before they left.

Fast quality service!

Techs look like they know what they are doing. Great service, and quick install times. They did all the heavy lifting and once the permits went through with the city the install didn't take long to get done! I am very happy with the visit and and work.
