Generator Installed and operating

Signed contract with A to Z end of July. Generator was on line September 22. Although installation took longer than anticipated (some delay our gaffe), the project came in at quoted price and installed as described by salesperson. Every employee and contractor were responsive, professional and courteous. Installation is absolutely clean from the generator setting on pad thru the electrical and gas connects from outside to inside the house.

Failed Generator Repair

we live in McLean VA and had a generator failure after someone hit a power line and power went out for the entire zip code of 22101.

Great Dealer and Great Employees

Tyler was our technician for our yearly general maintenance on our Generac Generator. He was very courteous; very professional and took the time to explain everything that he did.

Expensive, but they get the job done.

The mechanics are great! They know their trade. Very polite, highly skilled and professional. But be warned, it is $250 a visit each time a mechanic is dispatched. My generator worked great after an initial analysis and tightening of the batter cables. That is all that was needed. Only to stop working the next week. Again, a repairman was dispatched, and yes, I was charged another $250. We found out it was a lemon, new battery. I felt this this should have been diagnosed on the initial mechanic\u2019s visit. Regardless, I was again charged $250 dollars. So, be warned. Tighten your battery cables, install your own battery. Otherwise, it is VERY PRICY for them to do it.

Dealer Tech the Best

I have been using A to Z for all of my maintenance since the unit was installed. I hope they reward the technician that service my unit this year as he is an outstanding representative of the company. Very knowledgeable about the product and honest in his assessment of the condition and possible future needs of my unit.People like him are hard to find so my advice would be to hold on to this tech as you will find a hard time finding any better.

Quality service

I had A to Z Power and Storm Svc in Gambrills MD install a standby generator for my home. From their office staff, and estimators thru their installer/technicians, it has been truly a pleasure. Installation was about 2 months ahead of schedule. they took care of everything (electrical and gas permits, meter upgrades, etc.) They are a quality company and I would recommend them to anyone.
