Run! Don't just walk Away
Run don't walk away from this dealer ! He will rip you off and keep your money. He gave estimate and we paid AP Electric $8000 for the generac and his installation services and the only thing he did was deliver the generator. $6788 on the estimate. Once he found out that it actually takes permits and inspections and meter upgrades by the city, he didn't know where to start with all the requirements. And after this, don't expect Generac Support to be any help for you in dealing with their unscrupulous dealers.
