he is not responsive to customers who do not have a service contract.they come out to service and do not shut off power in home to complete the service. they do not want calls in the middle of the not nor do they have ap rofessional answering service. this is a 1 man band operation i wouldent recommend this company for anything.
Couldn't ask for a better guy.
