Great Install Team

We bought a Generac from AC Power Solutions located in Berkley, Ma because of the 10 yr warranty and Generac's reputation. We chose a dealer/installer from the Generac recommendation site. We were happy throughout the process. Jay Almeida, of AC Power Solutions, replied to our estimate request quickly and the estimate was lower than others we received and included a much needed repair to our old electric meter. The installation crew was excellent. Each team member knew there job and we were kept informed as the installation progressed. They were very professional and very nice. The install went without a hitch, which, when you own an older home is always a worry. We attribute this to Jay's careful inspection prior to the estimate. They even helped us with the paperwork when filing our warranty. Doug Carlson, Jay's partner, hand deliver a needed receipt on Christmas Eve, when checking our unit. We would definitely recommend AC Power Solutions. Great people, Great service, Great generator, Great price.

phenomenal

Ac Power Solutions were initially a subcontractor for a kitchen renovation. When they were working they found a light in my bathroom that was missing a box and fixed it immediately. After that I hired Jay and his team to update our electrical, add additional overhead lighting, install hardwired smoke detectors and overall clean up the electrical in my 150 year old home. They did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

Great company to deal wit

Great service. Technicians clearly explain what they are doing. Arrive on time. Leave the site neat and clean. Reasonable rates

Great Communication/Price

Excellent communication. I had a stand by generator installed. Their quote was 10-20% lower than the two other companies I had provide an estimate. Installation crew was friendly and the work was NEAT and organized and done in a time frame quoted. We've only lost power once since the install and everything worked according to how it was taught to me. No complaints, AT ALL. Thank you to the team at AC Power!

Great guys!

I bought this generator on line from the mid west. This was during covid and I could not find one anywhere. When I was looking to get it serviced, I ran into the people from AC Power Solutions Inc. at a home show. These guys are very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions as far as maintenance intervals. I made an appointment for them to come service my unit. They were on time, did all of the maintenance to my unit and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. I am very pleased with them and will call them to service my unit again.

Excellent service!

AC Power Solutions provided excellent service when they installed our Generac generator. They were timely, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely efficient every step of the way. We were greatly impressed by their professionalism and expertise, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a generator installed and serviced.
