Needed help with my 22kw not staring during a power outage

they are amazing! they helped me when i was going through a power outage and my unit wouldn't turn on. they came within the hour and got my unit back and running. thank god they were close by.

Rip-off

I failed to read the reviews for this technician. They tried to trick me into paying for a service they did not perform. I was ok with paying for the visit but they failed to identify the problem and quoted me over $1000 to fix something that I could do myself (and ended up doing) for less than $50. Generac should not have these contractors performing services, they are a total disaster.

Avoid at all costs

There is no one running this company. No office manager. No customer service. No manager. They don't let you know when they're coming or what they're doing but they'll quickly send you an invoice for all of their alleged work.

Very disorganized

First of all, it was a nightmare to set up an appointment. They require your credit card just to visit you. Their proposals have verbiage that if you were a lawyer you probably would not sign.
