A & A Power Generators, LLC

They don’t answer their emergency calls

Horrible service. Read the reviews! They do not answer calls on the emergency call line

Needed help with my 22kw not staring during a power outage

they are amazing! they helped me when i was going through a power outage and my unit wouldn't turn on. they came within the hour and got my unit back and running. thank god they were close by.

Rip-off

I failed to read the reviews for this technician. They tried to trick me into paying for a service they did not perform. I was ok with paying for the visit but they failed to identify the problem and quoted me over $1000 to fix something that I could do myself (and ended up doing) for less than $50. Generac should not have these contractors performing services, they are a total disaster.

Avoid at all costs

There is no one running this company. No office manager. No customer service. No manager. They don't let you know when they're coming or what they're doing but they'll quickly send you an invoice for all of their alleged work. Generac should consider dropping them completely and certainly stop recommending them to their customers. A&A is the worst

Very disorganized

First of all, it was a nightmare to set up an appointment. They require your credit card just to visit you. Their proposals have verbiage that if you were a lawyer you probably would not sign. In any case, if you are willing to give them your CC and sign their proposals they will charge you for the visit and will tell you that your generator has something broken (without even looking in detail). Something that is expensive for sure and something that it will require another visit. So now you are paying for the initial visit and because they don't carry any parts then you have to pay again. Their labor rate is insane $135 per hour. Who pays that to a technician that did not go to college. Many college graduates would be happy with half of that. Then the price for the parts is also inflated. They charge you 40-50% of what the part costs. In conclusion, a rip-off. Stay away from these guys. There are plenty of options with better reviews that I am using next time.
