Love my generac generator from A&A Electric....Unit had manufacturer issue after purchase and A&A diagnosed and fix within one hour of contact after hours during outage....not understanding these bad reviews for them...40 years in the business and southeast Texas longest running dealer....why wouldn't you choose them?! Great crew and install

I bought a generator from A&A about 2 months ago, the install process was smooth, the installers where professional and very friendly! They answered all my questions and concerns. Within a few weeks after the install we lost power and everything worked just like it was supposed to. Great crew and would recommend to anyone

Was in a outage and it was after hours no one would answer until I called AA Electric....they answered after a few rings and Josh was very helpful in trying to help me reset my generator...once that didn't work he had someone out within an hour and Bennie fixed unit quickly....just a dead battery..was not even a customer of theirs and they still came to help after hours. Would highly recommend!!! Signed up for one of their maintenance contracts for all future repairs and service A+ company

DO NOT TRUST A&A Electric

We hired A&A Electric to perform a PM and install a new battery for our 27KW. We did this prior to a bad weather system coming our way. A&A performed the service and told my wife we were good to go. The following week the power went out and our generator failed to start. We contacted A&A the next morning to report the issue and to question the service they did. At first the man “ Josh” was friendly but then he basically blew me off and said someone would call us the next day to schedule to come out. The next day we did not hear from them. We also have a full camera system at our house and we were able to pull up the video with sound of the complete job the technician “ Levi” did. It was very disappointing to see that he could not get the generator to run properly and was on the phone with someone explaining the problem. Then he just grab his tools and left. He called my wife and said everything checked out good and we were good to go for the storm. Levi is a complete liar and the folks at A&A Electric should never be trusted. What a dishonest person to not only lie but to put our family and property in jeopardy.

Called for service

Never heard back after two calls, guy said dispatcher would call. I moved onto another local dealer.

Poor to no service

I contacted this company for a Generac Warranty repair in November of 2021. The technician showed up but did not or could not correct the problem. The excuse was they couldn't get any parts before February of 2022. I found Generac warranty parts online in about 5 minutes. Didn't purchase them because the warranty requires all service to be performed by a Generac qualified technician. It's now May of 2022 and still no response. Avoid this company. Useless service group. The technician was rude and incompetent. No AC output his response, change the sparkplugs. DUHHHH!

Wouldn't fix warranty issue after installing

Bought a Generac whole house generator from A&A and had to pay upfront before delivery. It was not a cheap purchase. Had an immediate issue where generator would run full blast during scheduled weekly exercise, instead of 50% as it is supposed to. A&A refused to warranty the unit, said it was not a warranty issue, and demanded a service fee charge just to come look at the unit. I had to get Generac customer service involved. Generac sent another local dealer out and who fixed the problem under warranty. The Generac home office was very responsive. A&A is not reputable. Use at your own risk.

this dealer is awful

i have been calling them for one year to service a generator they installed the would not answer, when spoke to them they said they would send a contract, they took my name and number and never called back. I guess they have too much business. I thought they were the only ones in own who serviced them until i heard a commercial on radio about American Air Systems. I called them just now they gave me a contract for service and came out the same day. I will never have call A&A company for anything and other should not call them as i said they have too much business
