This dealer was very informative and and took the time to discuss my generator options with me to help me make the best decision. They also set me up with remote monitoring and a yearly service contract so I never have to worry about my generator being down when I need it.

The only company I'll use moving forward

Wish I could give more stars for this company and I can't say enough about them. I had them out to diagnose a problem with my generator not starting and not only did they fix the problem right away, but I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and professionalism. It was evident that they put customer service first and wanted me to feel confident in my system if there is a power outage. I've used several different companies in the past, but I will use them exclusively moving forward and I strongly recommend them.

We and our family have used 518 Quality Home Repair both for new generators and for repairs on generators we've already had. We are always impressed at their professionalism and quality of work. You can tell the company is very experienced at dealing with problems and takes pride in making sure their customers have a dependable generator backup system, be it a new installation or fixing a broken unit. They take the time to explain things and offer several differrent maintenance and monitoring programs. One of the units we had them come to fix was from someone else who just plain did not do a good job at installing the unit which caused problems. 518 Quality Home Repair was very understanding and professional towards us and the other company at explaining why certain things done by the other company were causing faults in the generator system and gave us very fair options for fixing the problems and everything has been running great ever since.
