Capital Region Generator Solutions LLC

Dependable & professional

Jim provided excellent service, communication and very fair pricing. He arrived when he said he would, and completed the service quickly and then reviewed all work performed. I highly recommend him and his company for any of your generator and electrical needs.

We recently bought a house that had a Generac that was not working. Jim came over, on one of the hottest days of the year, to service it and get it working for us. He even set us a video for it. He provided recommendations on what would work best for our home and needs. We will be going with Jim when we need to replace it. Thank you again Jim!

Quality Service

Jim Cleary, owner of Capitol Generator Solutions, provided exceptional yearly service on our 8 KW generator. He is conscientious, reliable, very punctual, and extremely detailed in his workmanship. Jim takes great pride in his work and ensures everything is running perfectly. I highly recommend him for a professional and dependable generator service.

Well satisfied customer

So last year I talked to several generac dealers and I found Jim Cleary to be the best. Having been self employed most of my adult life, I felt very, very comfortable dealing with Jim. He is personable, prompt, keeps good communication, and doesn't cut corners during installation or maintenance. I have recommended him to others, and they are also pleased. It's a pleasure to have someone you can depend on at your home when needed.

Highly recommended

Jim at Capital Region Generator Solutions was amazing. He took the time to review our family’s current and future needs then throughly explained various Generac options for us. He always showed up on time when he said he would and left the work area clean when done. Very respectful of our house and property. As a household with small children, we find great comfort in having a Generac generator at the ready. I have reached out a few times to Jim with questions and he has always been very professional and prompt with his answers and making sure I’m 100% satisfied with the end product. Great guy, great service, great product. Highly recommend!

Capital Region Generator Solutions installed my generac and it works perfectly. Jim made a point to get it done before the storm and was great to deal with. Ill def be using him for all my generator service needs in the future.
