4 Green Power Systems LLC

Great business to deal with!

I wish I had known about them sooner! I’ve had my Generac for almost six years. I’ve had to replace the transfer switch twice and had parts replaced once - due to a problem with water getting into the switch. The last person who repaired it assured me that I would never have a problem with water infiltration again. Well, he was wrong. After the switch failed again, I tried to reach him for help - he has never returned my calls or answered my emails. I contacted 4 Green Power Systems to have annual PM done on my Generac and they showed up in a little over a week. Justin and Kevin showed up today to replace the switch. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I watched them work, and asked many questions, which they took the time to answer completely. They took special care to waterproof the entrance to the switch, and assured me they stand behind their work 100%. I am completely satisfied with the quality of their work, and have no doubt that my transfer switch problems are now firmly in the past! As I said, I wish I had know about them sooner; I would, and will, recommend 4 Green Power Systems, LLC to anyone looking to purchase or have service done on an existing Generac unit. Everyone I have dealt with at 4 Green Power Systems, LLC has been professional, friendly and courteous - old-fashioned values that I truly appreciate!

Stop by and see for yourself

My name is Tim, my wife and I went with green power based on my neighbors recommendation. We can not praise the level of service enough. When the electrical inspector did his inspection he showed us photos of other installations. He asked permission to take some photos of our generator. He told my to show other installers what a proper system should look like.

Professional all the way

Jackie and I put this purchase off for a few years. We did get two competing estimates. We are ecstatic we hired Mary’s crew to set us up right. Kevin, Steve and Rob are highly skilled. No shortcuts taken. Green power has the best BBB and Generac ratings. They arranged the financing for us also. We recommend this dealer

Wonderful experience

Jen and I are so happy 😃 that we found 4gps to install our generator. Our neighbors across the street have a generac which was installed by a different contractor that is just a nightmare to work with. We did get a price from them also. All I need to say you get what you pay for. 4gps went and fixed our neighbors issues after they finished installing our new generator. Thank the lord. During our installation my neighbors and I stood near the installation team. I have not ever witnessed such a well oiled team of qualified professional skilled technicians in my life. You could tell that they knew what and how to install our generator. We would high recommend 4gps to any of our family and neighbors

Big help

AnnMarie and myself have lived threw a ton of power outages over the years that we’ve been together. We’ve managed to get by year after year. But now it appears that we have more outages. The power outages are lasting longer and it’s taking longer for the utility company to get us back onto the grid. My wife and I finally decided to purchase a generator from Steve who works for 4 Green Power Systems. After the installation of our new Generac we could not be happier. We experienced our first power outage just nine days after the installation. And we met some new friends (neighbors) from down the street that recently moved in to the neighborhood. They actually stopped by during the power outage and asked who we had installed our system. More than happy to give Steve, Justin, Kevin, Court, Rob and Jeffery A referral. I saw a truck at their house a few days later so I think Jean and Bobby already have gotten their estimate.

Island power

We live on Wellsey island which is located on th US and Canadian boarder in Northern New York. We called several generator dealers for a qoute to back up the power for our year around residence. The 4gps sales engineer showed up when they said they would. The sell generacs we only had one other company that showed even know that we called them all for our area. That salesman showed up in a high end full sized SUV and since we are located on the river the price knock us over. Shocked more than $5,000 more than the larger sized Generac and half the Warranty period. The Kohler was also on back order and they said 4-6 months. Needless to say we hired green power and they installed the system yesterday. We could not be happier. There installation crew only took one day, and even hooked up the wifi to the generator so we could watch it on our phone. We highly recommend Justin and Kevin to install anyone of our friends or neighbors.

The search is over

We have lived in Alexandria are whole life’s , school, jobs, marriage, purchased a house and raised a family. On our want list was always to have a Automatic Generac. For the last 12 years every other year we would get a quote. And there was always a reason we did not move forward with the project. It could have been the price, the availability, the wait time, the comfort with the salesmen being to pushy, or the comfort with the lack of knowledge of the sales person in some cases we both felt that we knew more then he did. Or the main reason the references or lack of. Finally we just had 4 Green Power install a generator for us. Knowledgeable, friendly, Quality and the workmanship was beyond belief. We are satisfied with every step of the way.

They Rock

Just wanted to start by thanking 4GPS being a single mother. I felt safe, they all respected my wishes and wore face mask. As a nurse I never can be too safe working in a hospital in Watertown it is risky enough. Back to the price just what I was expecting. The financing that Generac had was great I could stay within my my monthly budget. The installation did not disrupt us and the date they picked around my schedule. Thank you, thank you. I highly recommend the employees from 4GPS just wonderful experience all the way around.

Wow, Green saved us $$$$

I can not say enough about the installers, they did everything the salesman said they would. They hooked our Generac up to the entire house, and we can see the generator on our internet. They showed up on time, explained everything to Bruce and I. We already needed to use the Generac for a 6-1/2 power outage thank you Generac for sending us the A-Team
