I had a simple warranty issue with the transfer switch on my 22kw generator. I called several other dealers in the area and all of them wanted to charge me a non-refundable "trip charge" to come and and fix the issue under warranty. Some were as high as $600. That didn't seem right to me, given that Generac also pays the dealer for the parts and their time to fix warranty issues. Essentially, these other dealers are double dipping. Very dishonest, in my opinion. Thankfully, I ended up calling 1st Coast Generators. They came out two days later and resolved the issue in 30 minutes. No charge. They were punctual, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I guess I found the dealer I will be working with in the future should I need their services again.

1st Coast Generators was excellent to deal with from start to finish. We installed the new 24kw generator that Generac just came out with. The owners stayed up to just after midnight so he could get our order in and we would have one of the first 1,000 units Generac made. This ensured that we had our new generator installed within about three weeks from the date we ordered. The process was turnkey. We highly recommend 1st Coast Generators.

The price was good. and I needed helps since I have a husband to take care of . Found a generator that someone else was willing to wait for and installed it ASAP. Went the extra mile.
