1st Choice Electrical Service LLC

Great Service

I am very satisfied with the service, installation and the company personnel.

Great installer!

1st Choice Electrical Service did an outstanding job installing our third Generac unit. Professional and responsive on every level. I would highly recommend them. We have, however, been disappointed in some of the issues with the generator itself. We went with Generac because of our past experience with them. We never had an issue with other units and are hoping that we don’t experience any additional setbacks with the current unit.

Best choice 4 Install

From attentive customer service to professional installation, First Choice Electrical is your go to company for Generac equipment purchase and set up. Eric and his crew are detail oriented, communicative, and courteous. You will be happy with their work.

GREAT SERVICE

I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by the team at 1st Choice Electrical Services! From start to finish, the process of installing my Generac generator was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, hard-working and friendly. They took the time to explain every step of the installation process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. The installation itself was seamless, and they left everything cleaner than they found it! They took care of every detail from permit management to gas line installation. And unlike other generator installation services, or purchasing your generator from a big box store, they inspect every part of the generator after shipping and before the installation. The generator works perfectly, giving me peace of mind knowing my home will stay powered no matter the weather or the whims of the electrical company. As a locally owned and operated business, they exceeded my expectations with personalized service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for an electrical contractor you can trust, I highly recommend 1st Choice Electrical Service! They’ve earned a lifelong customer in me. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The very best1

These people are as good as it gets... Very smart, patient, disciplined and helpful. rating of 100.

A clean professional installation.

Dealer recommended a better site placement than I had in mind and the unit is solidly in place on the provided platform. The work at the electric panel is neat and tidy and the explanations of how the system works were thorough.

this dealer was a professional at his trade.

this dealer was very good at what he did. i would have him back again.

1st Choice is the best!

I couldn't be happier. 1st Choice fixed a faulty installation from another electrician I had worked with for over 30 years. Eric is my guy from now on.

This company rocks!!! From the initial walk through to the completion of work we were received top notch customer service. Our request for a quote involved a in depth explanation and complete detail of the install process, including the presentation of templates outlining the generator and panel space and the placement of both products. The project was completed in a timely fashion with no issues. Eric was always on time and available for any questions we had during the install. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and is a great ambassador for Generac. We would recommend his company to all interested parties. Sincerely Kevin Babcock
