Customer service was excellent. From beginning to final service. Everyone from office, schedulers, technicians, plumbers and electrician were professional, friendly and showed great care for customer. Accommodated needs of my son (handicap). 1st Call Plumbing is most aptly named. If you're looking for Generac installation and support, this should be your first (and only) call. I had two 22KW Generac generators installed by 1st Call. They evaluated my home's power requirements and provided me with a plan and spot-on estimate of the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. When I had questions, 1st Call was very responsive and answered them completely. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and even paid attention to the cosmetics of the operation. For example, when we had to have a concrete pad poured for the generators, 1st Call even had it finished with a parge coat to match the texture of my foundation! All work was done promptly and professionally. All 1st Call personnel were friendly, helpful and clearly took pride in their work. The company also displayed respect for my time by notifying me in advance when to expect their team to arrive and texting me pictures of the team's members. Additionally, teams would appear onsite as close to the specified arrival times as traffic would allow. And, most amazingly, they would notify me if they were delayed for any reason! The company was very good about keeping me up to date on what was currently being done and what the next steps would be. GENERAC INSTALLATION 1st Call

1st Call provided seamless installation of our GEGENERAC from sales and bid through certification by the utility. A plus - 1st Call has the capability in house to do the electrical, plumbing, and permitting work. There was no need for subcontracting at any point.

After the San Antonio freeze we didnt want to be without power EVER AGAIN! I found 1st Call scheduled an appointment, they sent David out for an evaluation he was really professional and 1st Call did an amazing job! We did have setbacks due to CPS, the job was completed and we're ready for Winter.
