Poor Service Stay Away

If there service and willingness to support the generator is half as good as their persistence to get you to renew annual contracts they’d be a great company but their service people are rude and you can never get them to do work You need a contract with different divisions which act like different companies. Its really a mess

No Response to Calls

Our generator was bought from 1stop Gerator, company bought by Rack. We tried to contact several times in order to sign a maintenance agreement. Each time the call was to a different person with different information and never a solution. Still without a maintenance agreement

Worst company ever

Absolutely the worst business of any kind that I have dealt with. Rack took over my service and monitoring contract from One Stop Generator Shop when they bought the company. One Stop was great but Rack is horrible. They came out to do the scheduled maintenance and renew my contract. I asked the “technician” why he didn’t adjust the valves since it is required for the warranty. He said they don’t do that unless something is wrong. I told him it’s a requirement and I wanted it done even if I had to pay for it. He told me to call the shop and arrange an appointment to do it. Over the next two months I made repeated calls to the service number and got voice mail that was never returned. I finally sent an email to their “help@rack” mail. Some one called me a week later and asked me what I was looking for in spite of it all being laid out in the email. I told her I wanted the valves adjusted and she asked which valve. When I explained the issue, she said she didn’t know what I was talking about but would send out a technician to do a “diagnosis”. I told her I didn’t need a diagnosis, I needed the valves adjusted. She finally made an appointment for 2 weeks later for a diagnosis. She called 2 days before the appointment to cancel it because the “diagnostic’ technician was unavailable. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with RACK.

Don't use

Worst experience of my life. Generator still not functioning properly after a year because they refuse to hook it up correctly and want $2k more to fix their mistake. Zero accountability on the owner's part.

1Stop is a well run, and highly organized business that spec'd out and installed a generator in my new home. They are highly efficient with their equipment installations and communications. Everyone I dealt was highly professional and skilled. You won't be disappointed. Always seek out a Generac certified sales and warranty provider. Today was the final step in my generator purchase with the final electrical inspection and transfer test. Everything went smoothly. From the initial in-home conversation with sales to today's transfer test and everything in between 1 Stop did everything in a prompt, informative and friendly manner. The communication was great and I'm very pleased with the purchase and would recommend 1 Stop to anyone looking to get a generator. From paperwork to permits they did it all. Great Customer Service

I had a new generator installed on 7/21/21. Last week the transponder signaled a problem (right before and incoming storm). The next day, 1 Stop sent out a crew to fix. When the problem was discovered to be an oil leak, 1 Stop replaced the generator with a brand new Generac 22kw the next morning. The owner Jon, and the entire team are true professionals and will do whatever it takes to make it right. Satisfied Customer, Scott

A full service company!

The installation was seamless and earlier then first notified. Every crew that came out was friendly and professional. Permitting was all done by One Stop! From their first contact with Jen 5 to the visits by Chris and Junior everything was professional and A-1. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks for making this purchase painless!

I contacted 1 Stop Generator Shop to maintain my previously installed generator. From my first phone call, the office staff was very courteous and professional in answering questions and explaining their services. The technician, Junior, who inspected and later serviced the generator arrived on time, explained everything that he would be doing, kept me informed of his progress, and went above and beyond in his work.
