Usher, Inc.

Highly recommend Usher, Inc.

Usher, Inc. is the best company I have have had work for me. The complete process, from receiving an estimate through the final day of installation, was handled with professionalism. We already had natural gas available but it was necessary to run a line to the location of the generator. They had to go through my wife's herb garden but made every effort to leave it in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied with the generator and highly recommend Usher, Inc.

We very highly recommend Usher, Inc for sales and service.

Usher Inc. has been the service provider for our home generator more than ten years. Usher, Inc. recently installed our second new Briggs & Stratton generator - a 20KW replacing an 18KW. Dale Usher, the office staff, and all technicians are consistently professional, clearly explain the service situation, and work quickly to effect necessary repair. This is a team that truly appreciates the customer. If you're thinking of, or planning on, buying a home generator, or are dissatisfied with your current service provider, contact Usher, Inc. You will be glad you did. Jim

Outstanding in their field for years

Not only did Dale Usher fully explain and help us select the right Generac for our needs, his company has given us peace of mind for years. Professional installation and annual services hav kept or Generac ready for over six years. We finally really needed our generator when power was out for days after a storm. We can not be more pleased with USHER.

excellent people to do business with.

prompt for inital call and very through with explaining the process. when done and signed contract done what they said. were here when said would be to start installation. was very neat and tidy explained how every thing worked.

These folks are great!

I want to complement you on the crew you sent to install my generator this morning. They were professional and thorough!! All three wanted to make sure I understood how the process works and answered all my questions. I know that too often the positive feed-back doesn’t make it back to you and I want to make sure that’s not the case this time! My thanks to Jonathan, Zack, and Alex (I think I’m right on those) plus Cookie who was here for a little while. Great crew and great job!! It reflects well on you and Usher, Inc!! Thanks!!

This dealer is fantastic!

From the sales person to the office staff and the installers, Dale Usher has a great team. Not only did they have a competitive price, they got me installed a month before I was expecting it.

Great People! Great Service! Great Product!

We ordered our system and were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, the outstanding service and phenomenal execution that Usher provided us. ast year we bought a system from another dealer for a house in another state. We experienced long delays and spotty follow-up. Dale and Kelly and team surpassed our expectations from the very beginning! It started with Dale taking the time to do an assessment with me over the phone. The unit was delivered and installed much earlier than expectations. The crew that installed it were professional and customer service driven. I have had 2 optional components added to my system and each time they exceeded my expectations on faster than normal service and truly professional conduct. We are small business owners who work hard to ensure that unparalleled customer service is our main competitive advantage... Usher has established themselves as the best of class in their business! I am now a lifelong customer!!!

Great Dealer & Staff

Highly Recommend Usher, Inc. From the first I found the staff and company to be wonderful. Dale came out and we reached a deal. Then I talked to Kelly (office staff) and William ( maintenance staff). They were friendly and professional. Always kind. I have found that everyone was willing to go the extra mile to install my unit and keep me up and going. After the tank monitor was installed; there was a little trouble with it, but William and Kelly was on top or it. It took several weeks to get it repair but they stay with it. Now I have everything up to date. Just love the idea that my home is warm/cool regardless of the outside weather. Therefore I would like to say "thank You' to Dan, Kelly and William. For being so kind, friendly, and such "down-home" folks. Again Thank You! Joyful and Thankful F Harper i

High Quality work/Responsive business

Dale and his guys and gals-Josh, Dustin, Kelly and the rest are a first rate group. They are very easy to reach when questions arise. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have found that there are several less than impressive generator dealers (even Generac elite dealers), however USHER Inc. is without reservation a top notch dealer for sales, installation and the rest. I had a 27kW liquid cooled model installed at my home. I was a bit further than Usher's usual area, however, they made multiple trips to do the job completely and correctly. They know what they are doing. The office staff is great, courteous, and gets things done! Can you tell how happy I am? Generac ought to really reward these outstanding dealers! No question and No reservations. USHER is the dealer to use for Generac generators.

Lucky to have this dealer in our area!

Going through our area's first snow and ice weather event. It was nice to know that I would have heat and electricity if power lines went down. Glad I made the Generac choice! And so glad Usher, Inc was there to meet my needs in a caring and professional way!
