Usher, Inc. is the best company I have have had work for me. The complete process, from receiving an estimate through the final day of installation, was handled with professionalism. We already had natural gas available but it was necessary to run a line to the location of the generator. They had to go through my wife's herb garden but made every effort to leave it in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied with the generator and highly recommend Usher, Inc.

Highly Recommend Usher, Inc. From the first I found the staff and company to be wonderful. Dale came out and we reached a deal. Then I talked to Kelly (office staff) and William ( maintenance staff). They were friendly and professional. Always kind.I have found that everyone was willing to go the extra mile to install my unit and keep me up and going. After the tank monitor was installed; there was a little trouble with it, but William and Kelly was on top or it. It took several weeks to get it repair but they stay with it. Now I have everything up to date.Just love the idea that my home is warm/cool regardless of the outside weather.Therefore I would like to say "thank You' to Dan, Kelly and William. Dale and his guys and gals-Josh, Dustin, Kelly and the rest are a first rate group.They are very easy to reach when questions arise. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have found that there are several less than impressive generator dealers (even Generac elite dealers), however USHER Inc. is without reservation a top notch dealer for sales, installation and the rest. I had a 27kW liquid cooled model installed at my home. I was a bit further than Usher's usual area, however, they made multiple trips to do the job completely and correctly. They know what they are doing. The office staff is great, courteous, and gets things done!Can you tell how happy I am? Generac ought to really reward these outstanding dealers!No question and No reservations. USHER is the dealer to use for Generac generators.

Going through our area's first snow and ice weather event. It was nice to know that I would have heat and electricity if power lines went down. Glad I made the Generac choice! And so glad Usher, Inc was there to meet my needs in a caring and professional way!

Had intermittent problem with power loss. Called, got an appointment, service tech showed up and fixed issue. Not a bunch of you need to buy this and that and yada, yada, yada.......... Fixed issue and now all is working fine! Thanks Folks!

We own a home equipped with a Generac, 22 KW, Guardian Series, Whole-House Generator installed and serviced by Usher, Inc.My wife and I are physically-challenged, so having this Whole-House Generator is very important to us.From day one, Usher, Inc. has been providing excellent service and recommendations. Met with Dale Usher July 8th to get an estimate for a whole house generator and some additional electrical work for my house. I was well satisfied with the estimate. The generator was installed August 4th and I'm tickled to death to have it! I have to use an APAP at night for apnea, so now I won't have to get up and connect and start my gasoline generator. The installers mentioned that they had 17 whole house generators left to install, so business is good.

My husband and I purchased a whole house generator system from Dale Usher at Usher Inc. in Mayfield,Ky. Dale came out the same day, explained the whole system, and gave us an estimate. We decided to have the unit installed. That was the best decision we ever made. Two days after the installment, our electric went out in the middle of the night. My wife and I purchased a 20kw whole house generator system from Dale at Usher-Alford electric in Mayfield,Ky. The same day I called inquiring about the system Dale made a 45min. trip to our house to give an estimate. The next day his men where their installing the unit. The workers where professional, intelligent craftsmen who did the job well. The system operation was explained in great detail and we are confident that when our power does go out the generator will perform flawlessly.

My son has severe asthma, so he needs the temperature in the house to stay fairly cool so that he can breathe. The power went out on one of the hotest days of the summer, the generator did not come on,we called Usher-Alford Electric to come out and fix the problem, long story short my husband had failed to get propane put in the tank.
