Trademark Electric Inc.

I have had my generac for a year.... love it. Life saver

Finally got it working

After our installer came out for an error 1902 alert and the generator cutting off. They told us they needed to order parts after a week I called and they said they would call back with info, they didn’t . This went on for 3 times over three more weeks. My friend was very happy with trademark so I called them they made an apt to diagnose the problem told me what it would take to fix it them returned and did fix it. Lots needed to be done plus they showed me the mistakes the installer had made. I’m very satisfied with their service. However I will be recommending Kohler generators and not using the installer we had.

Outstanding Performance!!

Trademark Electric has amazing people & products! Can’t sing their praises loud enough!! The follow up on our Generac Generator was very complete! They send pictures of your technician, the check up has a job completion list and the technician sends pictures of every step! Unreal!! From the installation to the first check up…. Very outstanding performance from the office staff to the sales team to the technician!! Highly recommend!!!

Dependable

I have had the Generac for several years, and it has been excellent. I never have to worry when the power goes out because the Generac comes on automatically.

Great job done on my Generac. The technician took the time to wipe it down before he left. It runs and looks good!

Very happy

Best company, support and product. Our first ever whole house GeneRac. Trademark has been great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Best Investment Ever

Year after year our Generac has always been reliable and living in a rural area makes it so much more important to have the peace of mind that losing electricity isn't an issue. Having Trademark Electric servicing us on a regular maintenance schedule just adds to that comfort level.

Great product

Love having a generac such a peace of mind and such a great quality product

Excellent Service⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Jordan! Jordan did an outstanding job servicing our Generac generator. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He cleaned the Generac generator, performed an oil change, replaced the battery and filter, and ran multiple tests to ensure the unit was operating correctly. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He didn’t rush through the service and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before completing the work. It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work. I highly recommend Jordan to anyone needing generator service or repairs. Thank you for the excellent service!

We have been so pleased with both Trademark and our Generac generator. We know that Trademark will keep us in power when and if we need it.
