They followed up on every question I had and responded to all my concerns.Coral is a genius in coordinating the whole process and we always felt like we were in good hands.The crew that installed the equipment were professional and friendly. They left my yard in great shape after their install too!Highly recommend this company to anyone in the North/Central area of Florida.

Once we got the ball rolling the whole thing went smoothly. Getting a sales person out in a timely manner was the only speed bump, that is one area that could use improvement. The sales and installation staff were excellent. Very happy with the price, free financing and the peace of mind.

This is the second generac generator installed by Trademark for me. Shaman was outstanding, very knowledgeable and skilled, installed the generator quickly, very neat installation. His trainee Cameron worked hard and both men were very professional. At least 3 neighbors came by to see what was going on, one has already set an appointment with trademark for a generac, the other 2 will be looking into it.

Matt, Randy and Matt were super! The day involved removing an old Generac 35kw and installing a new 38kW Protector QS with Mobile Link. Two words: Professionals and Experts. This describes everyone at Trademark Electric. And the installation crew were just that. The install took the better part of a full day including the installation of two new transfer switches. A few curve balls tossed their way by the local utilities were nothing more than a challenge to overcome. This is exactly how the install crew approached each situation. Upon completion at the end of the day Matt and Randy did a complete overview of the Genset functions and the Evolution controller. Can't say enough good things about these guys! From the initial contact & estimate, through the waiting period for the generator to ship and then through the installation, this company has their act together!! Office personnel (mainly Coral) kept us updated on the status of financing, permits, ordering & shipping to their facility and then scheduling for the installation in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Matt and Randy arrived for the installation on time and were ready to work hard in the hot Florida heat & humidity! During installation, they were very friendly and informative, explaining the workings and answering all questions I had about the installation and operation of the system. The generator was installed Quickly. The electricity was shut off only a short time. Most of all the installation looks good. On the outside of the house the electrical work is neat and tidy. All holes that were needed to run power lines were tightly sealed with no exposed wires. The generator is surprisingly quiet. With my bedroom door closed I cannot hear it run. The technicians were well mannered polite and professional. I highly recommend this company for a job done right while maintaining the appearance of your home. .

I'm giving Nick and Randy, the installers an excellent review. They were very professional, definitely knew what they were doing, were very thorough and answered all my questions when going over everything. As for the dealer, it took almost 6 months to get to the install. We had very poor communication from them until we started nagging them about where they were in our process (and we paid cash up front). I know the delay was not all their fault, but the poor communication from them (since they were our contact) definitely needs to be improved.

Our installers of our generator were Shaman and Gregg. They were quick, knowageable and very personable. They did a great job and left the job site very clean.

This is my second generac generator. I built a home in Ocala Florida and ordered a generator in March with an expected delivery date in July when I was to move in. the generator came in in August. I was keep in the loop every step of the way. they arranged for a gas company to make the connection to the natural gas outlet that was included in the construction of the house. When they made appointments, they kept them. They coordinated the gas hook up for 2 days after the installation. The generator passed inspection and the inspector commented that he is familiar with Trademark's work and they do a nice job.

Randy, Chris, and Nick were so friendly, professional, and helpful during our install. I was so impressed by their customer service. Not only did they get us up and running, but they cleaned up better than my teenager! I would highly recommend Trademark for anyone wanting a generator or needing electrical work.

After a delay due to equipment back order which was not Trademark's fault we received an appointment to have our generator installed. During the delay we were continually kept abreast of what the status was by Kristal which we really appreciated. On the day of installation, we received a time frame when we could expect the installers to arrive. Russel and his assistant were actually early. They were both friendly, efficient and professional. After the install was complete, Russell tested the generator and then explained everything to my wife and I in a manner that was very complete and easy to understand. Hello, I normally don\u2019t write too many reviews. But I felt these guys and company deserve some recognition. I purchased my generator trough Lowe\u2019s and this is their installer. I received a text the day before scheduled install confirming my appointment. Then morning of I received a notification they were on their way with a photo of the gentleman coming out. Once her they were polite walked me through the process before starting, we confirmed the install location. During the process they checked in, gave me a 30 minute notification before power was turned off for a very short period of time. Once complete got me hooked up online for notifications. Explained the next steps since I am on city gas. Did a test run with LP, and showed me how to use my unit. This by far was the best install I have ever had on anything!!!THANK YOU SHAMAN AND GAVIN!!! You are true assets for employees as well as professional, polite and friendly people.

I called them for a service call. When I met the repairman he had a tape measure in his hand saying my installation wasn't to code. It was installed over 10 years ago & was fully inspected - electric, 1000 gas gas tank & 20,000 watt Generac. The CON- his manager said I would have to have them REINSTALL the generator & transfer panel before they would work on it. How many poor old people fall for this unnecessary expense. Found 3 other recommended Generac repairmen in Ocala who were happy for the job.

I would first like to say that this company was recommended to me by a competitor. I didn't go with him because he sold a Briggs and Stratton unit. He said if I wasn't going to use him then he would recommend TRADEMARK. Boy was he on it! Everyone is GREAT! Every aspect of this process was smooth. From the ladies in the office, the salesman, and especially Nick and the cool fisherman that assisted Nick on the day of my install. Top notch group of people.

We purchased a Generac generator for our house in case of emergency. Shaman and Gregg were the technicians that came to install it. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and nice all through the process. They were patient with our questions and graciously guided us through the process. In our mind, Shaman and Gregg represented Trademark to the utmost. Based on our experience, we would recommend them and Trademark without hesitation.

From the first contact to the last, these guys were really helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and capable.Installers were careful with the unit and particular with the installation.Office contacts were complete and helpful. They always kept in touch -My only negative is that "Mobil Link" the wifi capability of the generator is a "subscription" based service - where the generator data is restricted unless you "subscribe" for $50.00 a year. That info is not easily found (if at all) in the brochures. They give you a free year of "monitoring", but after that, you're mobile link app will be much less "capable". Every company tries to do this now, so they all think it's okay - but it's NOT. So called "monitoring" is as simple as them receiving notifications just like you do - it's another way to keep milking customers. Generac has now joined the legions of others that do the same thing - a shame. Funny how our solar inverter company is able to share ALL of our data for no continuing cost - after all, I'm generating the data, shouldn't I have access to all of it?Sorry for the rant - the Generac unit is a quality unit, especially now that the housing is aluminum as opposed to the previous rust prone steel housings.I look forward to many years of piece of mind - but I won't pay for "extra" data or monitoring. I'll do it myself. They scare you just a little with service/warranty/capability in order to keep the music playing. Luckily, I'm a person that can maintain it myself - a decision that each will have to make for themselves.

Installers did a great job. Made sure it worked with my air conditioner running. Made sure I was aware of everything it would do and answered all my questions.

I've dealt with electricians before but these guys are above and beyond the best. They made the installation of my new generator a great experience. They showed up on time and were very efficient, they we done in no time. They went over the set up and maintenance of the unit. I would like to say I can't wait for the power to go out but let's not get crazy. If it does we are prepared.
