They did a very poor job. In addition, they stated the generator would be installed in 3 days. I have had other generators installed in just one day, start to finish. They needed 12 days to complete the installation. Further, the generator failed twice because they failed to wire it correctly. Same exact problem twice. I would think that after it failed the first time they would make sure to correct the problem but they did not. Also, they failed to connect a ground wire correctly. Then they actually charged me twice in the amount of $695.00 for an extended warranty. Instead of the owner taking responsibility for his error he actually blamed Generac, disgraceful!

We don't usually recommend service companies but with Stuller we are making an exception. They are responsive, caring and expert in installation and service. We are delighted and fortunate to have had them install and now maintain our equipment. Without hesitation and with sincerity we recommend them.

Brian Stuller was just the best. Professional, knowledgeable, very enjoyable to work with, incredibly helpful. I've never owned a whole home generator and he made the entire process of selecting the right one very easy and understandable. The selection, preparation, installation, inspection - all went smoothly, almost effortlessly. Can't recommend Brian and his company enough!

This company knows the product well. When my generator started to leak oil another company proposed an expensive and complicated repair. Stuller made the repair in a fraction of the cost and time. I highly recommend this company!

We can't say enough about Brian Stuller. From the first meeting to the last, he was professional and sensitive to our needs. Our installation lasted a few days as we needed a concrete pad put in as well, and his team always arrived when they said they would and tried to be as inconspicuous as possible so as not to disturb us. A Generac technician who understands Generac generators. (Not all do.) Accurately diagnosed the problem and then did no more or no less than was required to fix it. Arrived when he said he would and charged a fair price.

We asked them to evaluate how big a generator we would need, and after deciding that, asked them to order it from the maker and install it. It took a month or two to get it, which I understand was the maker's time frame.

You will note that I gave this company a highrating in all categories. Impossible you say.Well, I would have thought the same thinguntil my wife and I dealt with them. We are truly pleased with the quality, service and workmanship of this group. I normally do notrefer anyone now-a-days unless I am sure they will be able to handle the job. Stuller Avery maintained and repaired our previous Generac generator. They responded to any problem immediately to get us up and running again.They installed a new larger generator when the time came to retire the old generator.They installed the new Generac unit quickly and neatly. We look forward to many years of service from this unit as well as many years of service by Stuller Avery.Incidentally, the boss is present when there is a problem. That is very reassuring.

Brian and his team did a great job with the design and wiring of our generator. He was able to satisfy all of our application needs, plus the install looks great.
