This is my second generator from stuller Power Solutions so happy with the first installation when I bought my new house I had to have a generac installed here they're kind, courteous, prompt do what they say they're going to do for a fair price couldn't be happier

Stuller Power Solutions installed my generator and the installation crew was amazing, the office staff was friendly and moved us through the steps with ease, the inspections passed and the inspectors knew of their high quality work. I'll be recommending this company to my friends and neighbors

Avoid Stuller!

Take a look at the recent negative reviews. It is clear what the problem is -- the office manager, Ashley. Add my negative review to the long list. I contacted Stuller in 2024 post-Helene to set up annual service. Ashley said, "We are taking care of our regular customers first <which is of course understandable>, but fill out this contract and we will add you to our service list." I complied. As of end of March I still had heard nothing, so I called Ashley who stated that Stuller is not taking new customers and that I "might be able to get them to come for service in July." Fine with me, but tell me that on the front end. On top of this, Ashley is full of chip on her shoulder attitude and likes to give it. 2-3 years ago Stuller had nothing but 5 star reviews, and look where they are now. Sad.

Terrible service

I spent almost $1,000 in January on a maintenance call for our Generac, with the technician saying there may be a gas problem. The office manager at Stuller said she would schedule their "gas man" to come out. He never did. The generator failed to come on during a power outage in February. The office manager refused to send anyone out to look at it until late March. She claims the gas man is too busy to come until then, unless it is "on his way home." She claimed further that unless he comes back to the office before she goes home, she cannot contact him. She expressed no apology for this attitude. We are left with a generator that does not work until the gas man and the office manager happen to meet in the office! We are long-time customers and have always had excellent service until now, when we need it. We deserve better than this.

DON'T CALL STULLER

Stuller loves to take your money, but does not want any responsibility when something goes wrong. I purchased a $15,000 brand new generator a year ago last May. It went on for the first time I needed it for 4 hours and died when the power went out with Hurricane Helene. I could not get Stuller to even give me an appointment. Brian the owner told me I was lucky I still had my house!!! He said he had 5000 customers and could not tell me when his people could come out and look at my unit, yet, 2 other dealers came out within a matter of 3 days. In my 2nd call to him, expressing my frustration, he hung up[ on me!!!! I'm new to the area. I bought my home 2 years ago. I've never been spoken to like this. I called today and spoke to his daughter. I explained that I opened a case with Generac, and they would pay for any repair or replacement. I ffelt Stuller had responsibility for the unit since they installed it and took my $15,000. $15,000 is a lot of money. She said I'm black listed! She called me vile, even after I apologized for any misunderstanding as I am 75 y/o and alone, and was scared. If you want a company who stands behind the product they sell, DON'T CALL STULLER. Vile means evil, disgusting, of little worth or value, etc. Are you getting the picture of how they treat customers who want answers and some respect? FYI: I've heard lots of complaints about them in my community, and on the local Neighbors website. Meanwhile, I was told every other customer they have are kind and understanding. I am only 1 of 5 who they consider "vile" and blacklisted. Nice way to do business! Not only don't they take repsonsibililty for their installations, they lie!

Stuller Power Solution's process of providing the initial sight analysis, listening to the details of what I wanted updated and changed was very pleasant. They followed up promptly with a comprehensive proposal & estimate with a clear explanation of each system component. Thank you Jeremy! This gave me the reassurance they had the experience and expertise I was looking for. In addition, they provided fair pricing and even took the time to correct errors identified in our original generator installation. Their attention to detail and pride they take in their work was impressive! Thank you for a job well done!
