Great experience!

Storm Guardian in Alvin installed our Generac generator and from start to finish it was a smooth, pleasant experience. The generator was installed right and is working perfectly. I have heard horror stories of bad installs with other companies from friends. I'm super glad we went with Storm Guardian!

Maintenance Technician Did Great Job

The Storm Guardian Generators maintenance technician that serviced my unit this week, patiently and thoroughly shared with me each of the maintenance steps he performed and provided key insight into several operational aspects of my 1-year-old Generac unit. I feel considerably more informed and much more comfortable with this unit after my time with him He did a great job. I would welcome him being the maintenance person you send every time.

Each step of getting my generator located through up and running went just as promised to me. All of my questions were accepted and completely explained to me in a timely manner.

Takes forever to get them to fix once they have your money

This is the second time we have had an error code that has to be fixed by an authorized service person and cannot get anyone to put us on the schedule to come out and reset it. Today(June 2nd, 2022) is the 2nd day of hurricane season. I called May 25th and she ran me through the reset and when it didn't work she said the person that does the repairmen scheduling was at lunch and she would call me back. Never heard back. CALLED AFTER HOURS AND LEFT A MESSAGE. No call back. I called them and this time she was in the office but said I didn't leave my number on the voicemail and she was waiting for me to call her back. I sure as heck left it the day before when I was on the phone with the 1st person. She then told me to schedule someone to come out we had to fill out a form. She emailed it to my husband. It had a fax number at the top and no other info so he faxed it. I called a few days later after no communication again and they told me they don't have a fax machine. I asked if she could just put us on the schedule(they were already booked up for this week) and I would drop off the form in Alvin. Guess what? The scheduler is on vacation this week. We have had nothing but problems with customer service from this company

Dealer Disappointment

We purchased a 22kw generator and our generator has been offline off and on for the last 3 weeks. We get voice mails and now we are getting the run around about whether our E1505 error code will be under warranty or not. We have to agree to a service call fee for someone to tell us if this error code is generally a warranty issue or not. We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service when we spent this much money just a year and a half ago and now we cant be trusted to pay under 300.00 for a service fee.
