Fantastic experience!

We just had our whole-house generator installed by Spectrum. It was a flawless turn-key experience, with very friendly and capable professionals for both my electrical and natural gas connections. They do not mess around! These folks come in and know exactly what they are doing; they analyze your site and roll up their sleeves and take care of business! Meanwhile, Kristin is all the time coordinating the installation like a maestro directing a symphony. She is very nice, and she knows her business! I prefer dealing with family-run companies, and these folks are very personable and walk you through every step. They answer any questions you have, and when you tell them to do it, you just sit back and they take care of everything! I highly recommend them to anyone!

From the first site visit to the project completion, they have been available, responsive, accommodative and flexible to make sure the installation was exactly addressing our needs. Their teams of installers are very professionals and great guys. Communications with them is easy, and despite being a new customer, and new to the area, they make you feels like you are a longtime customer.

Our generator was installed quickly, once permits were issued by the county, and the dealer did a great job of listening to my concerns and making sure my concerns were handled during installation. The generator is in and working as it should - no issues at all. Great job!

I would highly recommend

I got a referral off the neighborhood facebook page. I called them and they were very responsive. Came out and gave an estimate within days. They did everything they said they would do. Great install and returned the landscaping to better than they found it. The work and inspections were like clockwork. In addition, the people (the owners, electricians and plumbers/gas) were really a pleasure to deal with.

Outstanding

From the first meeting to completion everything was as good as it could be. During installation we were 6000 miles away on a ship 400 miles north of the artic circle and we received a written report with pictures daily. We returned to completed and operating system. Could not have had a better experience. The whole team was amazing from start to finish!
