We just had our whole-house generator installed by Spectrum. It was a flawless turn-key experience, with very friendly and capable professionals for both my electrical and natural gas connections. They do not mess around! These folks come in and know exactly what they are doing; they analyze your site and roll up their sleeves and take care of business! Meanwhile, Kristin is all the time coordinating the installation like a maestro directing a symphony. She is very nice, and she knows her business! I prefer dealing with family-run companies, and these folks are very personable and walk you through every step. They answer any questions you have, and when you tell them to do it, you just sit back and they take care of everything! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Spectrum Electric was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Great install and returned the landscaping to better than they found it. The work and inspections were like clockwork. In addition, the people (the owners, electricians and plumbers/gas) were really a pleasure to deal with.

From the first meeting to completion everything was as good as it could be. During installation we were 6000 miles away on a ship 400 miles north of the artic circle and we received a written report with pictures daily. We returned to completed and operating system. From Billy's estimate to final startup and their instruction for me on how it all works was a delightful experience . They came in very close to cost expectations. Contacted Spectrum Electric December 2022 for an estimate on a whole house Generac. Mr. Judy came to the house in January 2023. We had the estimate in our hands that evening. We accepted the estimate, and the permits requests began. Ms. Judy told us that Spring would be the earliest that the generator could be installed.Mid April we were contacted by Ms Judy to set up the installation - all Lakewood and Xcel permits were in hand. The generator was activated the end of April. 2 crews installed the electrical and mechanical properties - a new breaker box and wiring, and capped gas line installed on the house brick wall. All Lakewood inspections were A-OK! The generator runs for 6 minutes every Friday at 2:00 PM. So far so good. We haven't had a power outage, however, to actually have the generator power the house. All in all, we had excellent customer service from Ms. Judy, and excellent professional service fromthe crews.

The Spectrum Electric team provided excellent service and strong expertise to provide an as-promised installation and delivery of our Generator. The team of guys that arrived worked smoothly together to provide a turnkey experience. We didn't realize that there are so many steps in the installation process for which any of them could have presented problems, so we are so glad that we selected Spectrum!

I have had our generac for almost two years and had no issues at all. Than the power went out and the power in the house didn\u2019t come on although the generator itself did. When I called, I had instant support and my representative knew exactly what needed to be looked at even sending photos of my own system to help guide me. Turns out it was a minor plug that likely was loose from when we got solar installed on the house. Within minutes the power was back on. It is awesome to know people still care and even after two years your not just a number your a valued customer! Thank you Spectrum!

Everyone in the organization made every effort to provide factual information. Staff was courteous and responsive. The selection of the generator was carefully considered with every effort made to pick the correct size for my needs and budget. The install was performed quickly and professionally. When the county inspector showed up he said that all the installs by Spectrum Electric that he inspects are always to code and better.

The project was not only done right, but they cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything look like it was brand new landscaping, etc.

From the initial contact to the final review, Spectrum Electric performed above my expectations. I chose them due to their estimate and some personal recommendations from friends I trust. I am glad I did. When I signed up they were up front with me and told me they had 60 installs ahead of me. As time went on an opening came available that only I was available for so they fit me in. Their install teams (electric and gas) were on time, very skilled, professional, and friendly. They worked hard and were done in a timely manner. After the primary installation team completed their work, the company president called to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I really appreciated that. Overall, a great experience.

We met with Bill back in November. Because of the winter season, we knew it would be some time before they could get to do the install. They put us on a waiting list for cancellations. It was scheduled to be installed in Mid to late March.In late January we got a call for a cancellation and it was installed, inspected and up and running within a week. Even with below zero weather, they were able to work around the frigid temperatures to thaw the ground for digging and laying of pipe. The electricians were very creative in running wires, conduits, and electrical boxes, that it was hard to notice the new additions, and made for a much cleaner look in the end then planned. I definitely recommend Spectrum for your generator needs!

Spectrum completed our generator installation as part of our larger basement remodel. They were able to manage our complicated project flawlessly! They ran a gas line from our meter to the electric panel on the opposite side of our home, coordinated with the county for all applicable permitting/requirements, upgraded our electric panel (now MUCH safer), all the way through to completion where they were patient and thorough in teaching us about the new equipment. We now have so much piece of mind that our standby generator is apart of our home and we will never have a power outage again! I've been using Spectrum for about 8 years now since I bought my existing property. The generator here was getting older and older. Every time I had them out they were very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan is a great tech. Even when a part had to be ordered Judy from the office would call me just to ensure me that they hadn't forgotten about me while waiting for the part. The generator finally started to get to the point where I felt it would be better to replace it then to question it's reliability. They gave me a quote and had a new unit installed and tested in less than 1/2 a day. Excellent crew.

We were out of town for the actual day they installed the generator so they emailed me pictures of each stage of the work in process. Very impressive.

I would highly recommend Spectrum Electric in Conifer, Colorado to purchase and install your Generac Generator. Kristin and her team are the best. I started out with Gabe; he did several different bids, including whole house and 22kW for selected circuits in our house. We selected the 22kW. Due to COVID and equipment shortages, we waited about 2 months to get the Generator. Kristin kept us informed about the progress. Once they had our equipment in stock, Miguel, Nathaniel, and Ivan showed up at our house to do the install. They did a great job installing the unit and rewiring our electrical panel. Next came Ryan. He connected the generator to the propane tank and tested the system. We are very pleased with our purchase and the work Spectrum Electric did for us.

When I first got the bid from Spectrum, I was number 41 in line! They kept me posted on my regress moving up the list as time went by. They also arranged for the install of the required propane tank while awaiting the generator install. It only took a few months when we got the call that we were moving up and ready to go.
