After we bought an additional 5 year Generac warranty, we later needed warranty advice and when we called, they said that the Parker company does not have any field people and is not expected to until MAYBE next year.

Honest vendor.

We returned an item not needed and got an immediate refund. Nice people to deal with.

Parker Power Systems doesn't value loyal customers!

We have been loyal customer of Parker Power Systems since 2012 when Nathan Parker owned the company. Since the company was purchased it has changed and not for the better. We called Parker Power out to our home for a service call, the tech was over an hour and a half late and when my husband called to find out about his ETA he was rude. The tech then told management that we were complaining. We like most people made an appointment because we have busy lives, because we value their time we set aside the time we agreed on.When the tech finally showed up he explained that the part we needed they did not have in stock and that he would have to order it and come back to install. Because we were already paying for a trip charge we assumed they weren't going to charge us twice.We were wrong! We shared with management our concerns and management was rude and abrasive and completely unwilling to work with us. I would never recommend them to anyone, if you are looking for a company that cares about their customers this is not that kind of company.

No Response To Inquiry

Have made many attempts to call, email, text with no response. Do not know how they are a dealer ! No response to national inquiry to GENERAC ! STAY CLEAR !!!!

The charges were excessive for the service rendered.

Came out for a service call and yearly check, I thought. Turned out to be 2 calls. Too expensive.

Helped at no charge

I bought a generator and Parker had an electrician install it for me and they did a great job, but what got me to write this review is about 3 months after it was installed Richard from Parker called me out of the blue and said we have an indication your generator is not working because of an alarm and it sounds like you have a natural gas problem.He said if you like I can walk you through this and see if we can correct it on the phone. He asked if I have had any gas work done lately and I told him we just had a pool heater put in. He said we better check and see if they turned the gas off at the generator they usually do this to perform a pressure test for the inspector. So while he stayed on the phone I walked out there and sure enough it was off. He said there will be air in the system but he told tell me how to bleed it out, I did it and the generator started right up. He said I got a green light on this end so you are good to go. He must of stayed on the phone with me for at least 30 minutes. What unexpected great customer service and it did not cost me a dime.

Stay away from these guys!

after spending over 30k on a Generac these guys stick it to me on my first service call and will not back down on the invoice. $532 for a oil change and yes it was only one fuel filter and 5 quarts of oil.

I am glad and relieved to have contracted with Parker Power for installation of my standby generator. After deciding on the Generac generator, being that it was a huge purchase, it was crucial to pick the correct dealer. They were prompt, knowledgable, did professional work, and pleasant to work with. I feel very good about the experience. Thanks guys.
