Morris Electric Co., Inc.

The best

Did a large volume of research into the individual service companies. Morris stood head and shoulders above the rest.

Comp. Generator install

We inquired with Generac generator company about having a back up generator installed. Shortly after sending in the inquiry we were contact by Matt with Morris Electric Co. Matt came out in a few short days with a total program including generator, all electrical components, permits and any and all plumbing to complete the installation. Once we decided to purchase the unit the everything fell in place. Once the unit was received by Morris they check out the unit for proper operation and set a time to deliver unit. The delivered unit, prepared pad location and completed all electrical connections. They followed that up with a plumbing company all with LG&E to make all final connections. Later the same day the representative from Morris explained the unit operation and that was it. The job is beautiful and the whole operation was flawless. Great people, great Company. We highly recommend Morris Electric Company!

To the rescue

Isaac returned call promptly when we requested help with a generator following a storm. They had never served us before, and I’d failed to do proper maintenance. He was still patient as he walked us through each step, knew exactly what the prompts would be, and even called back later to make sure we were still doing ok.

We're happy we chose Morris Electric

The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He helped us with our choice of options available and scheduled installation. Everyone was on schedule and very efficient. When the propane set up was ready the Morris employee who did the final turn on was on time and did a good job of explaining everything to us. We will recommend them to anyone who is interested in installing a generator.

We highly recommend this dealer!

From the initial evaluation of what size generator we needed to final installation and start-up, these guys know their product and explained each step during the installation and initial start-up. We got the 20kw Synergy model. We have had numerous power outages in the past and would have to hook-up a portable generator borrowed from a friend to keep our refrigerator and deep freeze running. Now we don't have to worry any more about how long the power will be out. Wish we would have made the investment much sooner. Quality product, quality installer, quality service.

Highly recommend these folks!

Gary and his team were great to work with, very professional and kept me in the loop on what was happening and when

Great service!

From quote, install, and final install (post gas hookup) everything was done in a professional and timely manner! Good and fair pricing for install and equipment. These are the folks to hire to get the job done and very happy to recommend.
