Isaac returned call promptly when we requested help with a generator following a storm. They had never served us before, and I\u2019d failed to do proper maintenance. He was still patient as he walked us through each step, knew exactly what the prompts would be, and even called back later to make sure we were still doing ok.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He helped us with our choice of options available and scheduled installation. Everyone was on schedule and very efficient. When the propane set up was ready the Morris employee who did the final turn on was on time and did a good job of explaining everything to us. From the initial evaluation of what size generator we needed to final installation and start-up, these guys know their product and explained each step during the installation and initial start-up. We got the 20kw Synergy model. We have had numerous power outages in the past and would have to hook-up a portable generator borrowed from a friend to keep our refrigerator and deep freeze running. Now we don't have to worry any more about how long the power will be out. Wish we would have made the investment much sooner. Quality product, quality installer, quality service.

Professional Installation & Service

Earlier in the year, my wife and I decided on having a generator installed. We did some research and based on reliability, nearness to our area and customer reviews, selected Morris Electric Co.A home visit was scheduled and Mr. Morris arrived as promised. We discussed our options and he performed his survey. He left us with sufficient information to consider and after a short while we made our selection.As promised, service personnel attended our home and soon our generator was installed and ready for commissioning. Morris's service technician attended soon after and the unit was commissioned. As promised, it runs automatically once a week and so far we have not had any outages. Nevertheless, we are pleased with the unit, the purchase price and the installation process. We would most certainly recommend Morris Electric to anyone considering a backup generator. Sooner or later, they will be glad they made the right decision.

Got it Right the Second Time

We had a problem after the initial installation of our generator because of a bad load management module. I called for help on a Saturday about noon, and by 3:00 p.m. I had a service tech at my house. That's pretty good service in my book. It's working like a champ now. Thanks, Morris Electric.
