The owners and staff are great! The techs that came out, Triston and Blake, were awesome! On time, came prepared and got the job done! They did not cut corners and actually had to go buy a meter base when PEC said it wasn't there job/or problem! They cleaned up the area they worked in and showed me the demo of the unit. The owners, Paul and Teresa, called a few times to check on their progress and to make sure everything went smoothly.....which it did! I am very impressed with Lindsey Electric, as well as Blake and Triston! I recommend Lindsey Electric 110%!

These people are very difficult to deal with. They show up when the want to. They do not return calls or tell you when a part has come in. The owner was suppose to call me for an estimate for a transfer switch. They never called me and blew me off.

Tried to hire these guys to fix my transfer switch, but getting a hold of anyone at their office to make rescissions like schedule a tech, look to see if my part came and try to get a quote on a new transfer switch is impossible. Every time I called about the previously mentioned, I was told that the owner would call me. Which she never returned my call. Just a horrible experience.

This company was supposed to send someone out after the inland hurricane. They never showed up. I had to call them to find out if someone was coming 2 weeks after they were supposed to have come out. Then when they FINALLY showed up, they still did not fix the unit. It was running when they left, but I guess they charger was no good, so it drained the battery AGAIN. They had to come out a second time to fix the SAME problem. Supposedly they fixed it - NOT. Last night the power went out, the generator came on, but I still had NO POWER in the house. So, not only did they not fix the problem, but I also had to pay them nearly $600.00 for their "fixing" of the unit. I'm calling someone else!

Lindsey Electric Service has always provided us with A-1 service since the installation of our first generator. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service and products and count them as friends too, not just on a customer basis. Because of their work ethic and quality of service and products, we have referred our friends and neighbors to them and will continue to do so.

Lindsey Electric installed my unit 5 years ago and it has never failed to perform perfectly. It came on one night and we never knew the electricity was off in our neighborhood until a neighbor called and wanted to know how our exterior lights were on and no one else had power.
