Home Backup Systems

Exceeded expectations

Colton & Nolan’s installation of my 22kw generator exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, friendly, on time and most importantly, did a perfect job aligning the gas pipeline and setting the unit next to my house. The electrical connections and transfer box were perfectly installed next to my breaker box too. They cleaned up the areas they were working in and explained how the system works. True professionals!

Generac 14 KW

The three man crew arrived on time. We discussed the location and installation process. All went smoothly, complete at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Good features

Installation went seamlessly. The entire crew worked hard and were very respectful and friendly

Excellent Company

Adams Generators are absolutely top notch. Our sales representative was incredibly knowledgeable but not the least bit pushy; very good table-side manners. The install team consisting of Tony, Cal, and Javier were incredibly fast, organized, proficient, and neat. Our landscaping looked untouched when they were finished. If you are in the market for a back up generator this company won’t disappoint.

Great company

Kyle, Karl and JD were great. Arrived on time and did a great job installing my generator. Very informative and fast. I would highly recommend this company.

Experienced and Professional

Review We recently had the installation team of Karl and Joe from Adams Electric install a Generac generator at our home. They arrived early, were very professional and detail oriented during the installation and also cleaned the areas before leaving. They also answered any questions that were asked during the installation process. Upon completion they explained the operations of the unit and paperwork that accompanied the generator, again answering all our questions. We were very pleased with the attention to details and fantastic job that Karl and Joe did. Adams Electric took care of notifying and scheduling the electric company and building inspector making the whole process run smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend Adams Electric.

Very satisfied.

Home Backup crew arrived as scheduled with our 24KW backup generator. Kyle, Owen and John, the electrician, explained what was to come during the installation process and it went off without a hitch. We were very pleased with the installation, the clean up outside and inside and the thorough explanation of the backup system by both Kyle and John. Very professional from top to bottom. Thank you Home Backup Systems.

Great crew/service

Very impressed by the entire crew from sales to installation! Highly recommend this company... Do whatever you can to retain these guys, they were the best.

Very professional service

Home Backup Systems was super accomodating with installation during the Covid. Final set-up & commissioning was well supported with (4) guys being on-site, they were in & out in less than 2hrs. Thanks for the professionalism guys!

First Home Backup System

We had some extra money left over from our kitchen remodel and we decided this was a good investment due to the state of the world right now. We contacted Home Backup Systems LLC and they had someone out to our house next day to investigate the property to determine best placement for the generator. We had to get a bigger gas meter on the house but that was free from WE Energies because their meter would not provide enough BTUs for our needs. If you wanted a bigger meter just because you want one, then you have to pay. Be aware of this. Two months later they come out to install the generator. I took the day off so I could assist with any issues. I also had a lot of computer equipment to turn off to make sure there were no issues. We ran into some issues due to our house being built in 1851 but we overcame all obstacles. In less than 8 hrs the generator was installed and tested operational. I took photos and published them to Google Reviews during the whole process. Things went well and I am very happy with our purchase! It does its own self test every Monday @ noon and you can barely notice it. Thanks Mike!
