We had a good experience except that we gave 1/2 of the payment in August 2020, but didn\u2019t receive the generator until March 2021. We found it annoying and frustrating that we waited so long to finally receive the generator.

YOU HAVE THIS ON BOTH YOUR LETTER HEAD AND WEBSITE. IT MAY CAUSE YOU TO HEVE PAYMENTS DELAYED OR LOST IN THE MAIL. I WAS GOING TO SEND YOU A CHECK BUT BEING FROM THE AREA I KNEW THE STREET NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG AND THUS I RELUCTANTLY PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVED PAYMENT PROMTLY. BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT AND MOST CUSTOMERS WOULD PREFER TO PAY THOSE TYPE BILLS WITH A CHECK AND SAVE THE CREDIT ON THE CREDIT CARD FOR DEPARTMENT STORE PURCHASES AND DINING OUT AND OF COURSE STAR BUCKS.
