Yearly maintenance

My annual maintenance done by Mark c. This is the second year that I've had generator supercenter do my annual maintenance I called them up yesterday to see when my annual maintenance was due and they say it's ready now so and they were able to schedule me for the next day which is today. They came out this morning and handled everything professionally and they are done now and I'm comforted knowing that I'm good for another year with the security of a generac

A top notch company.

Mark C. provided me with my annual generator tune-up. Plus I asked for and received a quick refresh on how to add oil if the generator is running over 24 hours. He was informative and professional.

Excellent Service!

Service after the sale does exist! Generator Supercenter does monitor 24/7 and immediately contacted me about an error reading they were getting from my system. They were out in the same week and found a bad starter on a new system I had recently purchased. As per my service contract, they replaced the bad part and it was already covered, so no out of pocket surprises for me! THAT’S what I call SERVICE!! Thank You Melanie for your great service!!

Incredible service!

Melanie at Generator Supercenter of Austin is wonderful! She recently followed up with me again as I had failed to schedule my annual maintenance. She got it scheduled right away thankfully as little did I know I’d depend on my generator for more than 2 days the very next week. Incredible service!

Electrifying

Outstanding transition!

Melanie McCabb has brought the service level of Generator SuperCenter of Austin beyond a normal standard. Her response is almost immediate and her knowledge allows for quick solutions. I had considered not continuing my service contract as a year ago I was not as impressed but because of the outstanding efforts Melanie has performed I remain a loyal and happy customer. Dennis

Little bump in the road.

I wanted to give Generac 5 stars but there was an issue with the warranty coverage I had at signing of contract. It has been resolved with great thanks to Melanie McCabe and her understanding of the situation. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and am looking forward to my relationship with Generac. Thanks you, Jim Faulkner

Happy customer

I purchased my Generac 2 years ago from Generator Supercenter, with a yearly maintenance plan. I appreciate their professionalism. Thanks to Chevy, the technician, who performed my yearly tune-up. I appreciate him taking time to answer my questions.

Stress Reliever

We feel much better now that we have our generator installed. We were worried about being without power in the heat of the summer or if it was super cold in the winter. Being on dialysis was and still remains a possibility for my husband, and he wants to do it at home. This was actually the main reason we decided to have the Generac installed. The guys who installed it were outstanding!
