Jim has been servicing the generator since it was installed. During installation we had great challenges with electricians who simply did not know their craft. Jim was professional, respectful, courteous and economically prudent with suggestions about how to overcome all the obstacles we faced. Great Service

Power Expectations ("PE") has been maintaining and servicing my generator for years. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. When it comes time to replace my current unit, PE will be at the top of my list to install the new one. The maintenance and service options are reasonably priced and very important to ensure your unit is ready when it is needed. I know many people who have a standby system who didn't use PE's maintenance program and their units either didn't run or shutdown soon after they lost power.
