Power Expectations ("PE") has been maintaining and servicing my generator for years. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. When it comes time to replace my current unit, PE will be at the top of my list to install the new one. The maintenance and service options are reasonably priced and very important to ensure your unit is ready when it is needed. I know many people who have a standby system who didn't use PE's maintenance program and their units either didn't run or shutdown soon after they lost power.

I have used P.E. for over 12 years, always 100% reliable and trustworthy. On my recommendation, my neighbors use them as well, and Jim (the owner) even came out in the middle of Hurricane Irma to fix a broken fan belt on the unit next door. My community association also uses him exclusively to service our gatehouse generator, with great success.

Our HOA has two standby generators. This dealer services them on a regular basis. They are very quick to respond, and make any required repairs. Both generators were used during hurricane Irma, and worked as they were designed to do. After the storm passed they were immediately checked for issues, without the need to ask. Power Expectations installed my Generac generator six years ago and never had problems with the generator. In fact, the company regularly maintains my generator and during Hurricane Irma the generator ran so efficiently I could not believe it.
